I moved from a mod to 24 so I'm not very much clued up on stocks, however I can tell you about 24. Presuming you will be opting towards a streetier bike rather than a more trials orientated 24 such as the kabra, it will probably be the most fun bike you have had - it certainly is mine! I'm running a Marino frame with near enough Inspired geo. I was expecting it to be very difficult to control for trials, but it sits on the back wheel well and is fine for regular trials riding if a little more difficult. Of course it will never quite be as good for park as something like a USB etc, and never quite as good for trials as a kabra/because-trials. However, it is probably the best compromise

Right I've only got one spoke to try this on, and I can imagine me bending it into all sorts of funny squarish shapes, so I thought it best to ask here first. The plan is to wrap it around my axle, but I'm not sure how to bend it into a perfect circle ala this photo: Is there any obvious way of doing it that I'm stupidly missing out on? Cheers

I thought that bike-chat was the right section as the program regarded BMX and street, not only trials. Admittedly it wasn't that obviously stated in the topic as it was just in the title of the poll. My bad. What is this program that you have watched by the way?

I think that most right handed and right footed people tend to be stronger in their right leg. I am one but I ride with my left foot forward. Now I come to think about it I guess that your back foot is mainly used to pick the bike up in the air when doing static moves, which probably explains why I felt more comfortable with my stronger leg there when I was starting out?

If this is directed at me; I posted to explain why I am annoyed at non-voters moaning about government etc and also to explain why I would want to vote.

This really annoys me. I am 17, thus I will narrowly miss out on an opportunity to vote. However, the next few years are going to be critical for me in building a foundation for my future career. The idea of having no say in the government in power at this time scares me, I do not understand why age dictates as to whether somebody is qualified to vote or not over IQ and relevance to the situation. People argue about how everything is and do not use their power to try and change things while I am sat here completley impotent in the matter. One may argue that I am not paying taxes and therefore I am not supporting the government at this time, therefore I should not be entitled to vote. However, I will be 18 shortly after the election. I feel I should also mention how little the government has supported me; because of my age and location I have struggled to find a job with a good wage. And because of my age I am only being paid slightly above the minimum wage for 16 year olds, which is not very helpful when you are in college and trying to save money to go to university. Now I am sure everybody knows about the EMA scheme to help students through college financially, however I do not meet the criteria for that as my parents earned more than the maximum limit for entitlement to the scheme. What was not taken into account was how much we would be earning in the next financial year (my dad was in fear of losing his job at one point), nor were the various debts my parents were in at the time. There was no room for negotiation or empathy for my situation, just a black and white no that has resulted in me seriously having to re plan my aspirations for the next few years.

We didn't really have that much snow, but a lot of ice and no gritted roads. Biking to work on my trials bike going about 1 mph down a hill just to be cautious, tapped my front brake and it slid out and I fell flat on my arse in front of about 4 cars

The minimum price for it to count from a download is 40p. The minimum price if you were to buy a single track CD is 60p Edit\\ Just noticed its notched down to 29p on amazon while the rest from that album are 69p. That sucks.
