  1. They are great feeling levers, really precise, they just need a larger diameter pin and the body would take it much better. put up a more clear image.
  2. Yea the clamp area is really nice, I also like the new TPA adjuster. It snapped where the lever pivot pin is held at each end by the main body.
  3. Yea the body snaps, it seems pretty brittle plus the lever pivot pin is very thin putting a lot of stress directly on the body. Its all nice having a stiff lever pivot until you drop your bike, (on something really small and retarded ) Edit: Not brittle as such, just generally weak as p*ss.
  4. There's a bit less adjustment on the 2011s. I'd suggest not buying one of these as they snap very easily if you drop your bike.
  5. Never knew they took the bins out on a bank holiday
  6. Don't use baby oil either, it gunks up after a few weeks.
  7. Such a sick vid, you made the slow mos work really well
  8. You know what guys are like, they are animals and won't stop trying it on until they get some. Its pretty hard for a girl to not kiss anyone when under constant pressure, without coming across as a miserable wench. It happens quite a lot, its not too bad, have a word with the work mate and tell him its not on
  9. Your PWM won't be fast enough to require high speed transistors, probably runs in the kHz range, you should be fine.
  10. I'm no expert but I think the darlington transistors need a 2x higher base voltage to turn on due to the 2x Vbe junctions. Also the ouput signal from the CPU should be plenty enough to drive it, a HIGH is like 2 - 5V. You may be able to find a chunky tranny in an old radio, should be ok if switching speed isn't an issue. Struggling with the whole subject myself at the moment, mad respect to those that get it

He beasted everything! soo controlled too
  12. Probably not a good idea
  13. The two holes on the main plate are a very specific size, what are they for?
  14. Organic pads offer the best performance, long downhill runs can cook the pads and ruin them. For trials they are the best material. When bedding the pads in, don't pull the lever too hard or the pads will glaze over and they will go crap. Gently pull the lever on and off so the pads lightly rub the rotor and you will feel them become much more grippy within 20 minutes of riding around. Your pads are probably glazed and will never be good again.
  15. Firstly, 1/8 = 2/16 = 4/32 So 1/8 is a little bit wider than 3/32. I always go for 3/32 because the the chain pins are shorter which means they are stronger.
  16. What's the most commonly told lie in the known universe? 'I have read and agreed with the terms and conditions'
  17. I'm just going out to do some filming at my local curb for Damon Watsons new vid.
  18. If you're brake is already bled with oil, just bleed it with water, it will work fine for years. Don't worry about any residual oil in the system it really doesn't make a difference. Best tip for bleeding HS33s, remember that air always wants to rise.
  19. Cheers guys, so I guess placing a physical barrier between the harsh wind and my sensitive eyeball will stop it. Sounds painfully obvious reading it back. For some reason I thought there may be a sort of 'magic' cure that the pros all know
  20. Why did the condom fly away all of a sudden? It was pissed off.
  21. The feelings more than mutual my dear, it was just thinking about the last time we were at Cligga Head and how I was struggling with that head wind up on that, head.
  22. OK, I don't get emotionally ripped apart whilst on the bike but my eyeballs keep dripping blimmin' tears! It happens mainly when there is a strong or cold wind, so when I am looking down at my bike, trying to get set up, the eyes fill up and everything's blurry! I keep having to jump off and wipe them away because I literally can't see. No doubt this is quite a common problem and I am interested if anyone has any tips on how to reduce this uncontrollable crying Cheers, Joe
