  1. If I rode around town with Jealousy on the side of my frame I'd probably get slapped for having my head too far up my own arse.
  2. At some point along the way my desk area turned into a chemistry lab/shed and one day the poor rock got attacked with mineral acid. The black shit is just copper and antimony nanoparticles so bacteria won't have much chance of thriving there
  3. Anybody here reckon they could sustain 700 Wotsits on a bicycle for any length of time? Doubt I could ever reach 700, crazy!

    Films!?

What we do in the shadows. It's a vampire documentary from New Zealand, it's watchable.
  5. One injury can lead to another.. Apparently I now have the shins of a 90 year old lady, whoopie.
  6. I use one to play .avi films and music through the TV. It's running XBian on it which lets you go through any connected HDD and play things using your TV remote, which kinda blew me away.
  7. Yea I'd seen that, he spaced out a rear mech (known back then as a tensioner) to run 2 chains, that must have been back in 2000.
  8. A 1/8" can move side to side more on the sprocket, putting uneven loading on the pins and therefore more wear on the rivets. This is 100% fact maybe.
  9. One form earlier, filmings about as amateurish as it gets, funny though.. http://youtu.be/NF6nsX7_Wz4
  10. This is the link you want.. yea sweet that first spot looks amazing!
  11. Cables can be considered general WEEE so can be recycled. Just put your postcode in here; http://www.recycle-more.co.uk/banklocator/banklocator.aspx to find your nearest bank.

  13. Slide your large adjustable over each bore cap and bend it straight, or get the tabs on the caliper refaced, that would move it out a bit too. Where abouts you riding today there Nick?
  14. Ah, the blade is definitely metal then. Glad to finally clear that up.
  15. I did and, I did, just decided to spray it with some shit I had lying around. The colour matches the coust pads which is what trials is all about for me.
  16. Picked the frame up for £60, found some paint from an old spray job et voila.. The first time on it, pedalling down the street, then BOOMHONK!! snapped spoke. While here I just wanna show how tight the backend was on my last frame, 128mm rear wheel spacing made everything so compact.
  17. This is the end of the day so pretty tired, only managed to coerce si to film because he got a puncture. It's mostly one line over and over
  18. I usually wait for a dry day then wipe the muck off with a dry cloth, some of my bike is over 10 years old and running sweet, took this earlier..
  19. Alright, a gusset or two sounds like a good idea. I'm going to copy the style of gusset already on the headtube/downtube join and get them welded on by a different welder. Got a rough idea where to put them but never done this sort of thing before. This is after cutting off that bodge first obviously, I will be interested to see how well it's stuck after a few rides.
