Thanks for all the comments they are really appreciated! I think it might be the codec I used to compress the video, i used xvid. I'll try again and use a different codec, but it will probably be tomorrow now because I got to get some sleep in. Cheers, Dan.

I'm used to flat bars. I have stem stackers and a high rise stem so its probably like a normal set up with risers .
