  1. Love it, I wasn't sure so much white would look good, but it does. Nice choice of parts too . Needs a few scratches! hehe
  2. Rick sent me over a link to a short video he put together from a street ride this weekend. He said he's not very good at street, but I'm not so sure! haha
  3. Cool, liking it! Good variety of riding styles, good to see. That place with the pallets looks cool for practising!
  4. Cool vid, makes me want to be back there!
  5. It'll definitely benefit from the riser bars yeh . Either of those stems are good, will lean more towards the trialsy side rather than the bunnyhoppy-spinny side.
  6. The Try All stem you mentioned might go well, definitely in the right direction in terms of length, though it could probably still do with a little extra height imo. This stem in 90 or 100 would suit the bike's geo with the bars you have, just depends if you mind the looks of it etc. Personally I go way high on bars, with 2.5" risers and 35mm spacers! With that stem I mentioned you'd probably get somewhere between your current set-up and my bunnyhop-tastic setup.
  7. Love it, nice and simple . Get a spacer under that stem if you can. Or a steeper stem. Trust me
  8. Cool vid Ben, makes me realise how much I need to get out on some rocks again!! Looks like you're taking to the natural riding bloody well!
  9. On the bike I'm riding at the moment I wouldn't change the bar position in a hurry and they're pretty high!.... 2.5" Azonic risers! Raceface 100x10 stem! 35mm spacers under the stem! Bunnyhops nicely, sidehops pretty well, up to front is ace. For how I ride a 24" I can't fault it!
  10. Some of you will have heard of him, some of you even met him, though I have a feeling the majority of you won't know much about him. But I'm hoping a lot more will be seen/heard of him during the rest of this year! I'm very happy to reveal that Rick Koekoek from Netherlands has just signed a contract to use Trialtech components for the rest of 2008 and to help develop products for 2009! Being ranked 8th in the World for 2007 and hearing a lot about how much of a nice guy he is, I was a little gutted to hear earlier in the year that he was lining up a deal with a different manufacturer. I was on the look out for a 20" rider and Rick fitted the bill perfectly. But things worked out in the end...Following a tip off from one of my friends that Rick was still on the look out for a main sponsor we had a bit of a conversation via emails and finally got to catch up in person at the UCI World Cup in Barcelona. Before anything too firm was put in place I thought it would be best to have a general chat with him, see him riding etc. I tagged along with Stan and Ali C when they went for a little street ride with Rick during the weekend. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasently surprised to say the least, and pretty flattered that he wanted to ride for Trialtech! Some of you will have seen the video on YouTube (here) of Rick breaking a World Record sidehop over the bar, something that the TV show producers are working hard to make 100% official by the Guinness Book of Records. But after seeing him ride and speaking to him in Barcelona I know he has bigger plans than 130cm, so watch this space! I'd just like to say thanks again to Rick for choosing Trialtech components, and for the input in to development for 2009 parts that he has already had and will have in the future. Good luck for the rest of 2008! Dave
  11. Beauty! Love it stan. I wasn't sure about the looks of the front tyre at first, but when it's a bit dirty it won't look quite so 'in your face' I reckon. Sticker-tastic! You must have an enlarged sticker area in your brain, I dunno how you come up with all the ideas! haha Anyway, if you reckon it rides nicer than your Cannibal, then I reeeeeeally want to try it!
  12. Hey, Sorry to hear that you're having some problems, give me a shout on msn and we can chat further see what the problem is and how it can be resolved
  13. Some of the lines in that was awesome! Such a fun style of riding, very few videos have made me want to ride that much! Top stuff Freddy-boy! Thought the song etc all went pretty well, nice and relaxed
  14. All damn nice looking bikes! Get a few more green parts on that Koxx to go with the bashring and you're on to a real winner!
  15. Holy mother of god, that looks sooooooooooooooooooooooore! Unlucky! Hope it was more blood than actual serious damage. Hope it heals well!
  16. Some sweet pics! Lens looks mega fishy-wide angle? Suits some shots but not all, really really liked some of the shots Nice weather too, good riding, good pics, lovely
  17. If it's an aluminium frame, welding isn't too bad, but it could definitely do with heat-treating after to make all the material perform the same. If not the area right next to where it was heted for welding will crack pretty quickly. If it's steel it's not as bad, most engineering places should be able to cope without too much bother. Check www.yell.com for metal fabricators in your area .
  18. Cool pics, looks like a fun place to practise! Those log fence things are so slippy in the wet though!
  19. Loving the sidehop technique! Some cool pics and great riding. Where is that place? If that's all one town/village there looks like a fair bit of riding!! Wouldn't mind a venture there some time .
  20. Loved it, good to see a nice mixture of natural and streety stuff. Gap-up at 2:20 was niiiiiice. Some awesome lines too, good work! I must comment on the song though, as I think it only right you know how awkward I felt with that music blasting out of my laptop! I look forward to the next video!
  21. James, your white Inspired looks chuffing awesome built with mainly silver parts! Never really considered that option, but it's come out looking super stylish and classy. As for Ben's bars, forks and tensioner, he's obviously got far too much time on his hands! hehe. Seriously though, I really like that effect! Good imagination . Now get out and scratch them (only a little bit, where people can't see it, I just mean go and ride them properly )
  22. Shiniest Inspired ever?! hehe Looks soooooooo pimp! Wooo, I have your address, I think I'm gonna come and steal it Really looking forward to some video footage, I bet you're itching to get some serious riding time after your time out with the shoulder op. Once again, the bike looks the sex!!!
  23. Love it! As someone has already said very 'factory'! Chop your steerer down though . Take good care of the parts for me, and get a video out! Now!
  24. Makes me want to ride in some snow! Not done that for a couple of years, really got an urge to now though. Cool vid, nice smooth riding, I liked the chilled editing and song too, went well .
