Change the forks and you're onto a winner - nice work dude! -
My brain hurts from trying to figure out how the hell that'd work. Second one sure, but first off you're not really got any options other than what's previously been said!

Just knowing what's good really! Look at all those pictures that you've just said "almost tell your eye where to look" and see how they're put together, you'll start to see a pattern. With what i do i spend pretty much every day of my life dealing with that kinda stuff to the point where it is just second nature to know what looks good and what doesn't, things to remember when you're getting started are things like your rule of thirds, how you're framing the subject and how you crop it afterwards if you need/ want to. It'll all feed in and you'll get your eye in for what makes a good photo good. I'm sure other people will have other things to say about what works for them too! Just stick in something along the lines of "composition basics" or something like that into google and read up on what it gives you. To start off with i'd suggest just sticking the camera in auto so you can completely concentrate on just taking aesthetically good photos for now, then start thinking more about how everything works, what affects what, playing with manual settings and bringing other elements into it later. Make sure you get to know you're lenses too, you say you've got loads to work with so try 'em all out and get to know what'll suit what

Black front rim and it might look a little more "together" - as a general rule either go colourful with the frame or the rims, not both. Yours, satin black 4 lyf.

If they new ones are going in slowly that's a good sign the head tube's not f**ked - if you are having trouble though see if your lbs can put it in for you with their headset press, or make one if you've got some threaded bar and some big washers
-
As above, that'll do the job just be very gentle with it and make sure it comes out straight as possible. If you say it's been wobbling you might have flared the head tube (i.e it's not round/ the original size anymore) in which case it's serious bodge or new frame time. Some headsets like FSA pigs are known for being a little fatter though so could be worth a try.

The boxes/ squares/ whatever is quite cool but yeah - get your eye in with some decent composition, that's just a base for everything really. Oh and DrEvil88437683798673099768476857698759873876525398 (i think?) that lens is absolutely gorgeous - little out of my price range for now though!

There is a lot to ride in london - just spend the day exploring and remember that the scariest estates have the best stuff to ride, usually.
-
Oh cheers for the invite dude... I'll not be partaking in the barrow farm move, really don't get on with that place - 20:15 gearing isn't much fun for imitating pogo sticks.
-
Something steel and black with a pretty steep head angle and some 3-piece cranks.
-
Pretty high benchmark there! I've got a few things in mind, hopefully it'll be a good excuse to get a few things ticked off my to-do list at long last.
-
For the record it's not exactly rideable right now and the wooden bit that sticks out around the top is long gone. Still a bit around there though!
-
Do it like a pro and dab a little black paint on the spokes around the hub with a little paintbrush, how i did mine when i sprayed the hubs green! ...mostly 'cos i'm too much a pussy to de-lace some proven bombproof wheels.
-
Seeing as you're in Lewes i'll probably end up riding with you a fair bit soon, i'm moving to Brighton in september Me and Sam have just been planning another little weekender, so should be able to make something happen soon...
-
Cool man, well i'm just up the road so drop me a message when you're up here - can go for a beer or something to ease the camp hate
-
V8's been sold to a mate of mine to pay for the tdi, my plan is to keep it diesel through uni and until i'm in a position to retire him to a more "toy" role - it'll be getting another strip-down, galvanising the chassis and bulkhead, some new axles to take the power and probably a 4.2 or something - if it's gonna be V8 again it needs to have over 200bhp or i'll just feel like a failure Edit: should be going sideways round southend in about 2 or 3 weeks i hope!

George Lucas must be pissed.

Whose bike is this that's been stolen? There seems to be f**k-all info on the bike itself, contact details, or even where in kent it was stolen from - more details needed!
-
London, every time. I'm interested to go ride Brighton though and see what's up - i'll be living there in a few months so hopefully the riding's good.
-
Might be interested too price dependant!

Practice! I usually use pretty wide shots so shake isn't too much of an issue, but anything moving i usually go for a proper ninja stance often with an extended tripod underneath to act as a sort of counterbalance if that makes any sense - just relaxing and flowing with it helps

We both use 550d's, usually with a Tokina 10-17mm fisheye on the the front and a few little tweaks to make every day a summer day
