Wow. I'm sure you can back all of this up, and not for a second consider it costs a lot because it's actually had a lot of money put into it by Inspired? It's so much more than just some bolt through axles which aren't as "off the shelf" as you seem to think. Everything about it is built for a purpose with a lot of testing and research behind it... Anyway, here's my take. I like my 24"s short - my 609's around the 1005-1010 mark from what i remember, it feels small compared to new Fourplays but it feels massive compared to a Skye. When i've ridden Sam's, it really does feel like a scaled down 24" to me. Don't get me wrong it doesn't feel cramped, i'm 6'3" and had plenty of room to move about, but it does feel the small size it is - admittedly i never really got my tgs on and hopped around on it much but for someone tall like me that could be an issue. Having said that, if you're buying one you probably won't be riding it like a pogo stick and for that kinda thing it really is bang on. I've never ridden a bike that'll just sit in a manual like the Skye does before, nor have i ridden one that feels so stable. It gives a lot of confidence, and the proof of this comes from people like Sam and Martin Direske who've really stepped their riding up since changing to them. Sam's got painfully good on his, I used to be able to at least contemplate getting near him on certain things but i'm absolutely f**ked now. They really are good. If you've got the money go for it.

I'm still reppin' the blood-callouses. Pay day tomorrow -> comfy grips x new found motivation = sick tricks. Also think i forgot to say - cheers to everyone who turned up and made it what it was! Great to see so many people still keen to get out and support the cause.

wrong 24", dickhead. But "for serious" i like that - sort the graphics situation though! looking forward to videos! -
Make video -> search length in iTunes (assuming you're awesome like me and have a billion amazing songs) -> pick a good song -> re-edit a bit to make it all fit nicely. That's how i rolled with eightypsi march, aka my first edit.

Hahaha, i'm on about the 660 with the fluro green rims! Still reppin' the WTBs and hands with speed holes on the 609. This weekend will be no exception, got a pack of ibuprofen to work my way through...
-
Black seat and black grips - keep it subtle! Looks like my old-old Leeson, colour-wise. That looked whack with green grips...
-
Dave you are actually too hardcore.

Definitely mate! More than welcome to crash here first few days. Speaking of getting shit sorted, i need to make sure i've got a car that works for those airport runs... This is going way off topic and into the top secret Tour-files
-
Maybe we should get a face-mounted go pro each like all the cool kids... Will definitely check this out at some point though, feel like i'm missing out!
-
This year will be a big 'un in the 24tour stakes, should be 5 or 6 550D's rolling for the majority of the trip - not jealous of whoever is editing that... Never seen Get2 though, don't go ruining my dreams of how awesome it is
-
Look up and left, pretty simple i would've thought?
-
Without gears your gonna be kinda screwed. I rode 7 miles on my 24" to molest a pretty cute redhead, wasn't too bad a ride on either count.
-
Week-to-go bump, let's hope for some sun...
-
Bring Dave!
-
Stick some TT high rises on there and that's got fun written all over it

What Luke said. In social experiment news; staying friends with your ex is impossible. She is absolutely bat-shit mental. -
Dude, seriously... People attend the big memorial rides over here to pay their respects (or just have a good time) without knowing the riders. This is fine, no problems there at all - however if someone completely unrelated to the rider (so much so they didn't even know their name) started trying to organise another ride in their honour, the riders actual friends would take offence to it, which is exactly what happened here. Mark knew Rob well, he's trying to give you some serious advice on the fact that doing this could be a properly dick move. I never met him but knew him through here and other avenues as did a lot of others and as Mark said, it doesn't quite seem fitting even if it were to come from someone he actually knew. You say you ride with guys in Stockholm who knew him - have you run the idea past them at all? At least start somewhere close to the actual person/ event in question. I've organised the past few years' DJ memorial rides, but i'd never think of doing one without running it past the Jones' first purely out of respect. As i said before - i think your intentions are good, but misplaced.
-
I'm kinda between the two here - the thought's good to show that there's a sense of community, but seeing as you don't even know who it is you're planning on running a memorial ride for it seems a little strange... I personally wouldn't be doing it anyway. ps, "timmeh" are you actually serious? Pay attention to what Mark's actually saying and you might understand the point a little better.

I agree; you just get used to each other and figure out what works. If it's shit, change it subtly it's not hard haha! Maybe she's just not had all that much practice, Alex? Mr Leemur - do it. -
