  1. Maxxis must be getting paper thin by now >_< Comments
  2. Nooooo! I have to go to Windsor type area to visit my brother on the weekend of the 28th, which I completely forgot about, but it kinda has to be done :D Damn it. I just hope there'll be another large Shipley Glen/Leeds ride soonish :D" But cheers for the offer tomm :D Catch you soon about a Mancs ride on the Friday maybe? :D Edit: Why did I put "so much"? It sounds so stupid :D"
  3. Liked that one Jonny. Although it seems you used Dj Shadow (Y) Anyway, liked it as always. I think that one wasn't as varied as your last one in terms of riding, but the atmosphere that your voice, the tracking, and the non riding sequences created really made the video enjoyable. Dave Oh yeah, I meant to ask... What the hell are you gonna end up doing with all your super 8 footage. Are you just making it yourself using a projector and stuff? I'm guessing you're not getting it transferred to digital? As that'd cost a fortune! Yeah, what you doing with the 8mm?
  4. At the start, you need to go to KULT instead of Trials :(
  5. I don't really agree with the whole being born with it philosophy. Obviously, some things are, but I think balance can be created, and refined, basically. Age shouldn't make it too much harder. In the grand scheme of things, you're not super dooper old. I think it's little things that can add to your balance. Like riding, basically, it's gotta be good. Stuff like walking on the edge of pavements on the curb bit (When no-ones watching :( ) And just seeing how far you can go and stuff. In the end, it's just practise really :(
  6. I've been taking photos a lot recently. May not be very good :(" but its quality doing it. Anyway, there's a fair few in meine gallery. But some 'highlights': Cheers :(" Edit: Really impressed by the drawing skills you've got Endohopper. The first ones are meant to be blurred, OK ;)
  7. Yay! Possibly might be able to make this ride if its the 28th :P Just one thing though, trains from Oxenholme (nearest 'major' station near me) are being crap up to Preston, which'll mean me having to take the replacement bus that they'll be providing. Anyone know if my bike can get chucked on or if anyones been declined? Cheers, Wanted to ride Leeds for ages :P
  8. Them trying new things is fine though, I'm sure most people will say it's a good thing. Like the Vinco for example, I wonder how long it'd have taken for high bb height frames to come around without that? So yeah, they are doing some good. But this threads about the levelboss, which does seem rather pointless (Y)
  9. Yes, that last one is quality! Loving it :deej:
  10. I'd like to add that the Konig pads are superb. I didn't get on with the White pads, as Steve knows, but the Reds are superb. They've made me much more confident  Really appreciate what you're doing Steve B) Keep it up!
  11. We had a dress code that was 'smart casual'. Jeans and a shirt were most popular :">
  12. But you have an indestructable titanium hanger
  13. A friend of mine has just got a sweet deal on a 4 metre kite from http://www.flexifoil.com/community Don't think they're not powerful and then jump from 4 metres to 9 metres :">
  14. www.wiggle.co.uk They're called something like Ritchey WCS Truegrips (Y)
  15. Have you tried Ritcheys yet Mark? I'm one for thin grips too normally, and the Ritcheys are still so much better than anything else I've used. They kinda got a few chunks missing, but they don't seem to want to actually tear. They're ace, just because you can ride all day, and your hands'll be fine. I've never experienced any other grip like that before. You may have tried them already and they weren't for you though (Y)" Dave EDIT: Ripped my Ritcheys, Haha :">
  16. We had a quality prom thing. It was really good. But we didn't get any pics (Y) We got a few when we broke up though, normal clothes I'm afraid though. Edit: I think this should be for normal leaving photos too B) Good way to host them :)" Sophs behind the camera n'all
  17. Yeah, I was thinking that, but I kinda want something that you can just open and it plays. Surely with powerpoint, you have to open the program, and start the show itself? Can you export as medai type files? Thanks (Y)
  18. Hey there, I've got a load of pics over the last couple of days which mean quite alot to some of us. Basically, I'm wanting to make a slideshow, with music, but that shows the pics well, and doesn't make them crap. I've tryed doing it in premiere, but the quality is very poor. So, does anyone know of anyhting I can use to make a slideshow? Cheers very much! Dave

I wonder, if a random person wanted an individual song, where they'd go? That questions always been a mind boggler. Ta, Dave (N)
  21. Found some pics through OTN: http://www.tsbike.com/fotos05/madrid05.htm
  22. It's pretty easy really Phil. Just download the manual from the Magura site and follow it step by step. No need for a bike shop. And buying a kit is worth it :S Also, I've found bleeding with water to give a much nicer lever feel over magura oil. Much faster responce. Ooh, with the bleed kit, you'll get the barbed fittings and olives that you'll need to sort out your crossover (Y)
  23. I'm not so sure about 6, but 6.5, 7 and 1.5 can use both NTSC and PAL through the same thing, its just for TV playback that it makes a difference really. Edit: Misread :"> Yeah, maybe change the settings to PAL at the start menu if you haven't done already?
