Hyped hyped hyped. Need to buy my ticket actually I keep forgetting can't wait though will be so good. I somehow didn't really ride everything last year suppose I'd only had the bike a few weeks so was getting used to it, so can't wait to ride more stuff this year Adam.

Basically Lazenby asked me a favour as he has no internet. Ben is off to Norwich to visit his uncle from Friday 15th until Monday 18th, he would greatly appreciate it if there is any locals willing to ride with him and show him a few spots around the area. Is it muscular mate ? I have had problems since i was fairly young. I threw my back out on a trampoline once as the right hand side of my back is more developed so heavier and all the muscle slipped out of place. Since then I have done it twice on my bike. The first time it happened i went to Physiotherapist and he popped it back, but now whenever it happens he tell me to stretch it a lot even when it's not out of place or hurting, and also when i do, do it he tells me just to rest and stretch. It hasn't happened for a while now, and it hopefully won't fingers crossed. Adam.

Ah great at least theres something documented haha i've never heard of BJM i'll remember that one. I doubt thats what it is if its super rare then just one of those things where you dont know if it will get worse. I'm sure it'll be oryt. I'm not riding for a few days now anyway as i am fairly busy for a bit. But either it wont put me off riding and so far the pain isnt painkiller worthy fingers crossed it wont get that bad Adam.

I havent a clue i have only just started noticing it, i have been riding a lot more often than usual recently though when i started to notice. Maybe that could be the cause ? I know the composition must differ slightly but i presume theres still some kind of muscle attachment to the bone that runs down the fore arm ? As i said its not too bad right now so its not worry just wanted to see weather it would get worse and what would cure once or if it gets worse. I should have said I don't get it every time i ride also i do get it randomly when i'm not on the bike as well which i find strange. Thanks for the advice though i'll keep it in mind if it becomes worse Adam.

I was wondering if its possible to get shin splints in your fore arms? I believe a lot of people misunderstand shin splints as somethig with your bones but it's actualy the muscle that runs down the front of your shin becoming inflamed. So I presume that it's the same principle for your arms. Has anybody else experienced this feeling ? I don't always get it only every now and again it's a full aching pain, it's not really painful just annoying and hoping it won't get worse. Any suggestions on how to help this anyone ? Thanks Adam.

Cool to see clips of lots of people man as said i thought the manual line i leeds was awesome ! One thing though, your phone films in 1080p so upload in 1080p haha. Was cool how everything was put together on your phone too. Adam.

I can't remember weather it was on trials addict but it was about I'm Facebook it's a bit different when doing it rolling. When I do it static I tend to set up more angled to the wall rather than straight and it looks like as said you need to get further over the front by the looks of things, it is much easier to get the back wheel on once your weight is further over. As for the angle I mentioned I set up more sideways and also set up opposite for a static one its strange but seeks to help. Hope this made sense and let us all know how it goes want to see if it helped Adam.

I had this issue not log ago my mate had already had the issue and sorted it for me straight away. Basically you much remove the piston and sand it. I know you said you have done this, so when you did it did you you leave the seal on it ? If so you need a new seal as it will have been damaged and that's why it's leaking I hope you understand what I mean, if not let me know and ill explain again man. Adam.

Ahh okay it's the same shape as the hole but from rockman yeah so pretty much the same as yours. It came today Adam.

Ended up going for Rockman single wall Dave, I worked out its just cheaper for me to do it this way rather than that site as i only need one rim. I will keep the site in mind for another time if i need more than a few items though cheers man . Adam.
