Comas said its siffness was increadable, the responsivness and low weight make it amazing for comp use and it has lasted longer than any of his alloy frames - ever! Pretty sure Abel was on the same bike for all of last seaon too, which for a top lever comp rider is impressive

Flipp is right. All carbon is carbon, but not all carbon is the same. This is a test which cannot be applied to ALL carbon frames. It simply prooves how good Santa Cruz's frames are

I'd swap out the tensioner for a spurng one, change the padals, change the saddle and on a bike like that i'd be rolling with a front disc brake too. Does look nice though, I love these old Pures
