    Yup, do not use them anywhere where actual clamping force is needed. I've run them on the top cap, cranks and lever bolts with no problems. But stay the hell away from the stem bolts, 4-bolt mounts, wheel bolts etc

  13. I do alot of core work, squats and powerlifts. I also have a dedicated plyometric session i do 1-2 times a week. Cardio specific session once a week and a couple of super-set sessions. I tend to go the the gym 3-5 nights a week

  18. That's fair enough. I was still running grippy tyres (Try All) but was on lighter Rockman forks (which did snap) and I always run dual Maggies
