  1. Echo's calipers are shorter to reduce the clutter at the cranks' ends. I would recommend Magura's as they are in my experience flawless. Never had experience with Echo's so can't really tell...
  2. I actually missed your questions about the Cleep 20". Don't know how... There was no Cleep 20" before the Cleep 2. The 20" and the 26" were not made in the same factory. The 26" was made in a very high end factory.
  3. So finally changed the stem for something I am used to with a Trialprod 145*25 stem. The WAW stem was too low for me and made the bike excellent on the rear wheel, excellent for front wheel moves but uncomfortable for moves to two wheels and for the rest... No surprise as that stem is intended for stock riding. Much prefer how the bike handles now!
  4. Lack of flexibility? We need to meet it sounds like you're talking about me! So much pain because of that btw... I have had a Cleep 2 in size large when they were first available. That thing was way too long... That's why I took a medium frame straight after. I never built it until recently and that's the frame you saw on my 26 that I no longer ride. It's for sale too. I perfectly agree a medium is perfect in terms of riding. I always wanted something around 1075 when I was riding 26" after that Cleep 2 for the exact reasons you stated. And that's probably why I enjoy mod so much.
  5. Hello, if you are talking about the 26", then only the decoration has changed between both models. May I know why you wonder? Have a nice day bro!
  6. Mack hubs are well known in the track world. They are pimp and really quality!
  7. Same after @aener said he couldn't find a pic of the original frame. Weird as I recall these were popular.

Never said he wasn't. I am just advertising this new frame from TMS. After some research and contacts I found out these frames were not viable if they were released as they were by Scorpio. Let's hope he does change some things so these frames can be good and long lasting because they look really good.

I asked Thibault if he wanted to keep them and said he didn't want to remove them. The most probable reason why is he probably can't.
  10. If you even don't know, then that's a really uncommon frame!

Indeed, Frank was super nice also and very involved, maybe too much actually. His design are still used, but as you may have understood, more as generic frames you can sell to companies rather than exclusive frames. I have seen the 20" ridden yesterday but couldn't take pics. Both main tubes are bent near the headtube which kills the look for me. The Karr is known for breaking at the headtube gusset, so I hope they will fix that!
  12. I have not always been but I am a natural guy and this one is awesome. Great spots and great lines.
  13. I am so bad at this exercise but I swear I have already seen that. I thought it was an Adamant but it's clearly not. Looks kind of like a Zoo Pitbull but I don't think it is...

Yes they are testing the Hope Pro V5 Enduro hub with a fixed sprocket. Jack has as well as Hermance. They said it made no difference to them but 20" riders said it's a game changer to have the freewheel on the back and having so few rolling resistance. Clean has made one hub but it breaks insanely fast giving you the horrible chain snapping feeling. Comas' hub seems to hold really well but it's still a prototype (edit: it's not, my bad... https://www.trial-bikes.com/en/comas-rear-disc-freehub-p-538980.html ) About the frame, it's a Scorpio Karr. Last year the owner passed away and the new one decided to sell their design to some customers. That's how Thibault got it. I knew the 20" reminded me of something but couldn't figure what. They are awesome frames and they might get an update when they are finally released and get internal cable routing. They should be out beginning of next year. @La BourdeI don't forget you but Christian is currently in Taiwan and pretty busy. I'll come back to you when I get to see him in November .

Seen today at the local comp. The new Vortex from TMS.
  16. I really enjoy watching him ride. I hope some of you will enjoy it too. Here is the latest one but there are tons of vids on his channel and I love them all. Hope you enjoy! What is your favourite one?
  17. Hi everyone, I am familiar with Shigura brakes as I have used them for a fair while on my MTB, but I'd like to know how they compare with Hope Tech Trial brakes for pure trials. I am back on mod with the latest Hope Pro 4 Trials brake, and I am curious as to how a Shigura would perform in pure trials. I can't compare myself because I have never had Hope brakes on the MTB, and can't really imagine how they perform with the wheel size difference etc... If anyone is kind enough to share his thoughts or experience then please let me know! Thanks for your time!
  18. You can from serious connection yes: https://www.seriousconnection.com/p/cadre-jealousy-ultimate-20-2022/ They have been out of stock since July now but the new ones should arrive in December. I did get the whole bike from them though, sorry if that wasn't clear. I am very privileged and am friend with Crewkerz's owner so I got a discount for the bike. That's also why mine is a bit different with no bash plate mounts among other things.
  19. This is very impressive, even more because you did it with spray paint yourself. Well done
  20. More pics. The rear disc brake is mental power wise. Never had such confidence in a rear disc brake.
  21. Pics of my current build. Received the frame raw from Crewkerz, it has no bash plate mounts but apart from that it's the same as the previous model (2022). Polished the frame as usual with my builds and built the best parts Crewkerz makes. Also applied some custom stickers I made from automotive covering film for a change. Note they were out of non disc hubs for the front so I am running a disc hub for now and will swap once they get them back in stock. They were also out of 145x25 standard stems that I usually ride on mod so I figured I would run the ultimate stem instead. I only needed to add 24 mm of spacers under it to have the same riding position as with the 145x25 stem. But with the forks uncut, I could only fit a 20 mm spacer. Works alright though. I am really happy to be back on mod. My stock is for sale. It was an excellent bike but not as funny as mod are.
  22. Woopsie Daisy, didn't post in the right section. This should have been in Trials chat, can any Mod move this thread? Sorry for the inconvenience!
  23. If what you are talking about is the white concrete blocks section where Oliver made that transfer from the slopy block to the other one some struggled to hook, then Borja followed the same route just before. Totally agreed it lets them choose their route if another one is possible. That's why I always liked the open free system.
