  1. Already put oil in the turbo though?
  2. Pretty much done everything for the turbo just vacuum lines to do now... Any tips with a turbo replacement before turning it over? I don't wanna f**k the whole thing up just starting it.
  3. Not as "cinematic" but still awesome shots.
  4. They've stopped trading so you won't be getting a frame from them... Unless there's something I've missed.
  5. Been in the garage since 8 with a friend... Want to be driving home not getting a lift haha.
  6. Way better than I expected. I want more!
  7. Done it on all my frames I prefer the feel too, and it's never broke anything for me. I've run it on an echo 24 too which is similar to yours and loved it.
  8. Feels like I'm genuinely getting happy vibes from you, haha not surprised people kept touching your hair! I think clubbing is completely fine but people who are tagged in relentless pictures of nights out is a bit lame I think.
  9. Well done Jack a little bit more effort and you could be getting A*! Not long til parents meeting if you're good then we can finally give your parents positive news.
  10. My bad okay cool cheers for that. I think the reason old turbo blew was the ecu made it think it kept needing to spool and it caused over boost... Luckily the turbo went not the engine.
  11. Cheers Dan got 9l of the stuff, new cv gaiters to go on too. Set of tyres, oil pressure sensor, needed new gaskets for appropriate places too. Just hope I'm driving away Thursday night instead of getting a lift!! BTW you know the egr delete, how hard is it to actually put a egr on? I've been told it's pretty hard work and not worth the effort, but surely as a "protection" device to save your turbo or engine when pressure needs to be released its worth having?
  12. Surprised you tried it at all, looking back to my first time, it is quite a weird experience unless you get way too drunk to remember anything then it's actually okay because you don't remember how shit it was haha.
  13. 72 quid to recover the car in the end... Ugh ah well turbo fitting day tomorrow!
  14. Should I get new pads then? And discs as well?
  15. Ah okay not that then! Basically when I come to a stop, sometimes it gives an initial brake and then does nothing for a few cm then all of a sudden bites. It's quite scary at times. My seat is in a college car park and the college garage is closed for summer so I've got to tow it to my friends house, we're going to work on it from tonight to Thursday night... Hopefully we can get all the old oil flushed out and stick the new turbo in, try make sure it's set up to drive and I'm going to take it easy for a month or so. That is if I can actually get it towed by the aa as an emergency breakdown that is... I'm covered by them. Any tips on making sure it deffo gets towed? Like is there anything I could say that may make them be like ah no sorry can't do it.
  16. That's what my car does! I was gonna get new discs for it as I suspected warped discs. Bite point keeps changing. Any idea what it could be? Doesn't feel spongy.

    slacklining

Saw it a while back and thought it was a bit entertaining, but so so gay at the same time. Trials could be seen as the same though.

    Cocky Marino

Luke that gap from post to zap tap to manual had me creaming my pants.
  19. This is why we need the validation system back.
  20. Didn't know the managers get to choose if you keep the bike or not... That seems extremely unfair especially as you've paid for it?
  21. The first of many, well done man.

    Pads

While we're in this topic. What pads and rotor works best with hope tech x2?
  23. If you can, avoid a bike from halfords if you can... I work there but still really detest all their bikes, there's one or two exceptions of their high end boardmans but I wouldn't get it myself. I don't know a huge deal about road bikes but I know they're pretty hard to get wrong... Any brand will be fine really, above everything make sure you get the right fit and everything else will fit in nicely. Waybe when I was reading it up at halfords on a poster in the staff room it said 25% off plus no tax and I think you can pay in installments over something like 18 months...

    Pads

I'm sure if heatsink did a disc version of cousts he'd be all over them...
