if tarty say no, it probably isn't worth the risk are you using a screw on sprocket or a freewheel? perhaps a combination sprocket/bash would work? me dunno...

When I first started riding, I thought this and a monty hose splitter would make me ride like a pro, the splitter was alright, but I hated the spray A good grind and pads and a well set up brake will hold you fine, if you REALLY need more hold I prefer tar over spray. Tar grabs better to me, and it's MUCH easier to carry a little lump of tar with you on a ride than carrying a can of spray

I vote the fans, Not only because it's FAR cheaper than the koxx, but I did a bit of reading up on the white sky and it sounds like you really can't be bashing that frame, I'm guessing it only has one place and that would be under the feet of riders in the world champs
