  1. You guys have to build the wheels in-house don't you?
  2. Why not try true the wheel?
  3. As the title says, Berkshire ride? Ideally a semi-large gathering. Bored of Reading so unless there's a lot of interest id rather head elsewhere. Ideas?
  4. He payed PayPal, check your recent transactions and refund it.
  5. I'm pretty sure living quite close to him you wont have any problems. How does Jake put up with you two online? I'm sure you're full of banter IRL but trying to work out what you're typing fills my head with f**k.
  6. Shorter cranks make for a heavier feeling gearing. If I was going to keep my mod I'd change down to 165's / 158's at some point because my 170's make any rolling moves faster than a crawl feel too light.
  7. This should be in the dispute section. If you'd put this thread in the correct place you'd also have noticed that a lot of people have had problems with him.
  8. I know, I said Stu didn't say anything and is still refusing all contact
  9. Ryan stop being such a fanny, as Revolver said just try it, i'm sure we'd all like to know if works just for future reference.
  10. Maybe? You should like? Wait? Longer? Why so many questions? Phatmike is a member on here, try pm'ing him.
  11. Not every maggy mount has the same depth, try either cutting the bolts or buy some shorter ones
  12. I've always found superlight rotors to be amazing for trials. When my hope has bitten it holds perfectly front of rear, its when it hasnt properly bitten the disc it slips a little. Superlight rotors dont have much material and are very bitey because of this which is good news.
  13. As long as the seller is reliable and has a decent price I don't give a crap who sells me stuff. How is he after his car crash btw? I never rly heard much about it.
  14. Fair enough I doubt I could be bothered to split it to be honest. Anyone have an idea on price?
  15. Yeah they are the same ones, black and standard length, I'd rather keep trading / selling out of here as its only a discusion Facebook me Oli.
  16. Hey guys, after riding an Echo 24" today I've decided that disc or no disk it will be mine Im after a rough estimate for my bike to see if making the move is worth it. Bulking Up

I've gone from 50kg squat - 110kg(5x5), 40kg bench - 75kg5x5, 80kg DL - 140kg(3x5) and 100kg Leg press - 250kg(3x8) in four weeks of training as well as gaining about 3kg + loosing body fat. ( With these early stages of lifting dont be too obsessive about diet, sleeping etc otherwise you'll grow bored of it, when you start to notice some serious gains it'll spur you on and boost morale, thats when you can start to obsess simply because you know you'll stick with it.
  23. I thought you were being a massive homosexual and going photographing? Good to know you'll be riding though
