  3. if it's that close to the fork leg all the way round, then simply dish it. if it's all buckled and horrible, well do your best to fix it
  4. Always regret doing something as opposed to regretting not doing it, you will feel better on the inside.
  5. jesus man that's taking a lot of spokes out
  6. I've never had an issue using the same spokes if you're only changing the rim
  7. Keep doing them until people say you do them too much, then do them even more

Okay imagine you're doing a phatty rolling bunnyhop and your chain falls off mid air, you're relying on that m5 thread to hold your wheel in place. Well if you're a decent human being you'd get a hope on it anyway. and your chain can't fall off doing a bunny hop. and the angle of the dropouts isn't quite steep enough... I just wanted something to slate :l

why do the dropouts point up like that? it means that it is actually almost possible that if you land hard enough your rear wheel could come out
  13. If you're going for a large place then you won't really be able to fill it all up with trials parts, you could easily get away with just a quarter of it for trials. Fill the rest up with some big ramps, a foam pit and a resin ramp maybe (is that what their called?) BMXers eat that shit up, so there will be tons of them there who would happily pay a fiver each for a whole day session. That's the most realistic approach to an indoor trials arena I reckon.
  14. (PS-Sorry it's a really low fps tumblr link)
  15. yeah sorry pal, generally if your pads move when you pull the lever instantly it suggests the air is elsewhere, like the slaves or hidden in the hose. truing wheels don't take long to learnn
  16. distance from the rim won't make any difference in terms of spongeyness if the bleed is good
  17. my wheels have been really buckled in the past...just set your pads further away.
  18. you can, but it's one of those things, you shouldn't really. if it cracks and you warp the metal then you won't be able to re weld it easily, so i'd take the opportunity of this rainy week and find a local fabricator to seal it up x
  19. sand a bit of the paint off and make sure it's the actual metal that's cracked.
  20. any crack is probably more likely to get bigger, the good thing is you have a steel frame so you can take it to any decent welder and tell them what metal it is and they'll probably just blob it up for you cheap.
  21. no it still has the square on it
  22. it says in your for sale that the mount has been cut off so it doesn't crack. but it hasn't been cut off. . .
