  1. people always ask each other if my bike is a bmx. guys, that isnt a f**king bmx,its a street trials bike, why you dont just ask me???
  2. pull your brake lever with a ziptie over night,if it leaks on the caliper pistons youll see oil/dot stuff at the back of your pads plate after that replace pads and in the best case the rotor, too if it doesnt leak, safe way to kill every possible reason for shitty brakes
  3. why do some ride with skinnies, some with training pants? :wink2:
  4. wow, i compared alloy vs alloy, you did it with a certain brand, how genius of you, thanks! keep cracking all your frames guys and stop bitching me,i stopped such posts weeks ago, wars over...
  5. video still doesnt work lol
  6. as frequent as it happens, there should be a "post a pic of todays broken alu frame" thread lol
  7. experimenting with hdr effects, turned out not too bad...
  8. yeah, awesome!whats that frames geo out of interest?
  9. julies up to 2003 are low pressure systems,as hs11/33 are,so the levers are compatible and the power(julies had none though)stays the same,if not increasing, only the pad travel is different, but thats adjustable with the tpa. julies after 2003 are high pressure(hp) systems, the master piston is smaller and the hose is reinforced, less pad travel,no chance for a hs lever to work. ran a 2000 julie with a 05 hs lever for a while, the hs lever was more powerful in braking force than the original one(4 fingers though) hope now it makes more sense...
  10. if you didnt get what i mean youre riding for getting chicks or something... ....haha
  11. you know of julies beeing low pressure systems and having the big piston, too, dont you? :wink2: joking aside,i assumed it to be the non hp-julie,sorry.i got both levers here, the piston is compatible, only the reservoir makes the difference. its a 2000 julie though edit:what power then?its a julie!!!
  12. i know this signs of wear only from the case the bushings had play and werent replaced, with riding the forks though...
  13. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/media/guides/maintenance_freewheel_and_sprocket_removal/m1.html
  14. not a tgs fan but cool vid. if i just had a skatepark like that...
  15. that works good,it hasnt got the power a todays brake would have, but for me it did it edit:in this context, take a 4finger lever!
  16. its like with a bmw, noone needs it but everyone wants to own it... lol
  17. some of that sh*t must´ve been painful haha
  18. alrightttt, thats a clean bike! running no bash would frighten me though,i land on mine quite often
  19. i´d have to post every pic i have to explain that. every ride on my bike, every nailed move, that matrix-like-"everything slows down and seems so predictable and easy"-feeling,how would i pick a photo to describe that? only can describe this pic as random, but yeah, even on this small stair step i had this feeling i have at every ride i do,so its kinda summing it up,as every other pic would lol
