This all depend's on where you are aiming for. Yes, I would imagine being hired into a trade is mainly about word of mouth as it is very hard to judge a person on paper in this sector. If you want an office job/work for any larger company, it is going to make a huge difference as this is very much no longer word of mouth. It all depends where you want to go in life. Yes, that is what they are trying to say.

I was like that with my girlfriend at first, this lasted about 6 weeks when we were first together and then i realised i was being stupid and then didn't really care after that; but i think you need to re-asses the whole situation here, you are engaged and we are here talking about basic trust between each other. I don't think it's quite that bad, but yes if you commit an offence it will always show up on your CRB check - which will influence job applications. Anyone can learn a skill for a job - you just have to be committed.

I went on a run a few weeks ago and pushed it a little to much and my right knee started hurting whilst out, i stopped and walked home when this happened. It hurt for about a day and then stopped, i rested for a week and it seemed ok. Then went riding the following week and it started hurting when it received shocks from drops etc so stopped and went home - it was about -1 degrees so not sure how this will change things. I then left it a week and it felt ok, i went riding again and it was about the same temperature so i decided to wear skins - no problems all ride. Went riding yesterday - after about a week since riding - and i learnt to 360 and it started hurting as this was shocking it when jumping off etc. Any ideas guys? It hurts towards the bottom of the joint and the sides. Thanks.
