Another excuse to justify to myself the benifits of owning a hugely thirsty car that will only run on V-Power... If I say it to myself enough, I start to believe it... Normally its not really needed, just so long as I don't drive like too much of a twat for the final few miles. The time it really comes in handy is when I'm late for work and I have to thrash it all the way there (most mornings then...) and I've not got time to sit about and wait for it to cool before I kill the ignition. Currently my timer is on a set time rather than automaticlly adjusted by the AFR because my car runs Titania sensors rather than Zirconia dioxide sensors. My sensor signal varies between 1~5 volts whereas my timer requires between 0~1v. I'll have to get a wideband sensor fitted to the new downpipe. That probably means absolutely nothing to most on here but ohwell... I cant remember if I've answered your question now... Andy P

Just to add, its illegal to leave an unattended vehicle running on a public highway. My car is a Volvo and the lights are constantly on (DRL's) when the ignition is on. When I park and leave the car running on the turbo timer I ALWAYS get someone say "you've left your lights on mate".... Thanks, but did you not notice THE BLOODY ENGINE RUNNING? And I hate people that flash me to tell me I've got my lights on during the day. I'm fed up of it now, so I usually thank their kind efforts to blind me with the finger. Andy

Thanks for the comments guys I went there tonight after colecting the keys after work and boy did the last ower leave it in a state! Needs a damn good clean (something just short of a nuke might do it). It definatly needs some "modernising" which will be coming in the very near future. This weekend will see Handy Andy in his prime, ripping down wallpaper and getting out the MDF lol... ...I've got a 10" cock as well - what can I say, I'm obviously a legend... ahaha, if only it were all true. The house is fairly average but needs updating as it hasn't been decorated this side of the millenium (or so it seems), the car might be nice but there are plenty of members on this forum that more expensive cars than mine - I've just done the best I can with what I've got. The job is "alright", pays fairly well but its far from exciting. The missus, well shes a member of this forum and I'd get hit if I didn't say shes the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. I "only" put down 5% deposit which dosn't sound too much, but its pretty difficult to scrape together 7k (8k inc solictors fees) in a few months!! Andy P

Yeah, I have to agree, £139k is a lot of money but considering what I've got with it I don't think I've done badly at all. house price's have been soaring recently and I thought I'd best get one now, or I'd never be able to afford one. When I first started looking, I was looking at 100-110k mark, but several months later we found we couldn't get anything at that price. They literally shot up several grand a fortnight. Andy P
