    Frame bag.

Hi ive had bike bag's before, but i find they are to heavy to use on planes. Instead i went for a big hockey bag (it has wheels so you wont have to carry the bike(most sports shops has them))...Bike fits nicely(wheels, pedals and stem is taken off) and total weight is under 20kg, so it can be check in as a regular bag. inside the bag i wrap the bike in bobble plastic and add some extra padding on dropouts and brakes... just my 2 cents

    Ali C Vlog

Tea ??? Coffee is where its at !!! :-).. Nice Vlog...Maybe some "how to" would make it appeal to more...
  4. Hi just 2 cent from a young gun (39, 2months from level 4.0 :-) ).. I find shoulder mobility is important to + general flexibility....and varm up the body BEFORE during explosif moves like sidehops/gaps etc...but once its varm you can do anything...Enjoy
  5. no havnt tried them... Currently in running Crazy Bob 24*2.4 and like them alot compared to holy rollers. let us know how they roll if you go for them.
  6. +1 on the Ice rotor's been running them front and back(180mm) for a year and a half now, no issues so far...
  7. 30mm or so should do the trick...congrats on the bike. .
  8. What sort of chain tensioner are you running?
  9. that park looks so much fun... nice riding....
  10. Hi currently i have a sunday model c 24" bmx and an arcade. The model c i more slack in the headtube, which gives it a "slow" feeling compared to the arcade...The weight is another difference(arcade is lighter), but not overly important.. The only think i would like was two gears on my arcade one for trials(22/16) and one for park/DJ/bmx trakcs(22/12 or higher)... other than that i ride the arcade everywhere and its my favorite bike in my "fleet"... (i have a background of 20+ years on bmx...)
  11. Wellgo b80 in the past, now im running Hope FR20 they look cool and seem to last okay.

  15. HI proberly your chain is streching a bit, should go away after a few rides. (which chain is it?). if not check your chain tensioner's .I always check them after the hub is thightend down..(my rear wheel never moves..) im comming from a bmx back ground and the arcade just fit me perfect...Ive had Hex,and fourplay before the arcade and like them all..but the arcade is just top mint for me.. If i where youi would give it some time.. what stem/bars are you using ? maybe a pic could help me give you advise on bike setup. /stefan
  16. done the same as you 100's of times..i find that if i get my butt further back(not down but back) before i jump(preload) i land more controlled on the front wheel. just my 2cents...

    Barspins and Trials

Yes i agree flyout is the easiest...i starede doing them in a small manuals first, this lets you learn to pinch the seat and catch the bars correct...if you have the weight far back you can ride away from even the worst catch...do them of curbs just rolling, after that flyin and last bunnyhop...
  18. just great...love the dedication in your sidejumps...Great flow and the nosewheelies are spot on...Awsome keep it up..
  19. got it loading...always rain where you guys are...loved the fakie manual
  20. the link is not loading for me...
  21. ill ride any of them )...but the blue is mint
  22. saint all the way, or zee...superb hold..as far as the rotor in using shimano xt ice, i find the rotor not be as important as the caliper...
  23. great riding and bike control...., and Mr tumble is cool...
  24. hi yes you will walk allright, mine just locked up or gave away before my surgery..And anytime it does either, the risk of the ACL injury getting worse is there...
  25. First off you will get back.....I've had two acl''s done and it takes a while for the knee to get back in shape. Some do it in 3 months other a year or two...but patience is your friend...light walking, road bikes and straight leg lifting is you friend the first few months...do rush it, you gotta live with the knee the rest of your life.... And good luck with rehab, let us know how you go...
