    HS11 Help

Hey! While I was out riding today this thing: The metal thing with some blue on it, fell off and I cant find it. What is it and where do I buy a new one? I couldnt find it on tarty and the replacement lever blades dont seem to have one on them. Thanks! Kevin
  2. If youre not actually having problems doing squats or deads, I wouldnt bother with a belt. 6 years of lifting and not needed a belt yet. Oh yeah avoid the smith as much as you can.
  3. Im using the 661 Dirt lid and it does a great job of making my head hot while I spend my time not falling on my head
  4. Depends what you are training for. For size you should move slow and controlled but for pure strenght it makes little difference, at least for the major lifts.
  5. I believe it goes: particle x collides with another x, creating a new and heavier particle y. In order for two x to become y, one or both x have to give up some atoms, which then collide with other atoms creating new particles.
  6. Imagine when that person finds the internet..
  7. Are you doing front squats? If not, do! Paused front squats and "slow down, paused and then explosive up" (im sure theres a better name for them) normal squats seem to get me trough any squat plateaus.
  8. I used to have some of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-970114-1914-X-530-Speakers/dp/B000FKP2VW/ref=sr_1_35?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1425852697&sr=1-35&keywords=logitech They sound pretty good and they have more than enough bass for me at least. We used to have an early model of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-Z-906-Surround-Sound-Speakers/dp/B004MY4PU6/ref=sr_1_23?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1425852644&sr=1-23&keywords=creativeat school and they were absolutely insane for a complete kit! Aha I just found the exact ones we had in school: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-Digital-Multimedia-Theatre-Speaker/dp/B0006HBCL8/ref=sr_1_105?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1425852859&sr=1-105&keywords=logitech
  9. Just the sound of the diff engaging? I dont know a whole lot about cars but mine makes a clunky sound from the back when I put it into gear while stationary
  10. I just saw this : http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_wheels/because_jetset_26_inch_rear_wheel/c87p12864.html , is there any way to tell if this is stronger or weaker than my current wheel? At the moment I have the same wheel that came with the complete 2012 Zoo Piranha: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_trials_bikes/zoo_piranha/c47p11721.html and I feel it goes out of true a bit too easy, but that could just be down to my riding! Thanks!
  11. Footjam tailwhip, I believe Im an idiot! You didnt ask what it was called you asked for tips how to do them...
  12. When you guys write "lol" do you put a dotted line underneath and when you mouse over it says "lord of lame" or is my computer fcked?
  13. How did you use the remote with both hands on the bars?
  14. What you meant hah. And I dont force it into gear I gently push it untill it just slots in nicely, which my dad says is a good way to do it.
  15. Yeah from what Ive read, if it was the mounts the shifter would stick in 5th and have the same kind of resistance going back to neutral. Dad has suggested some oil they used to put in every gearbox and it would fix most problems, some kind of miracle oil. If I cant find that, do you have any suggestions on good oils that I should look for? What?
  16. And on skipping gears, where I live the highest speed limit is 90 kph and I very rarely drive on that road so most of the time Im doing 70 - 80 kph and I prefer doing those kinds of speed in 5th because it uses half as much fuel as in 4th at those speeds. I do use 4th when driving in the town at 50 though.
  17. It does it from 4th too. Giving it some revs while shifting makes it a bit easier though. After doing some research on other forums I have decided to change oil to start with, if that doesnt work it seems to be engine or the gearbox mounts.
  18. I have a weird problem. Sometimes when I go from 3rd to 5th there is some weird resistance, kinda like the one for reverse, does anyone know if this is the way its mean to be or is the gearbox on the way out? Its a bmw e46 330xi from 02. My dad has worked as a mechanic for over 20 years but he mainly worked on old americans but he thinks its a feature since he says my car is supposed to be "sporty" its there to stop you getting 5th when you want 3rd, but since it resists me getting 5th from 3rd I get the feeling something is wrong. Hope some of what I said makes sense if you need more info let me know and I will try to find it!
  19. Looks really nice! Only thing holding it back imo is the big crank / bash.
  20. I'm not sure if this is allowed or not.. If it isnt then I'm sorry! Just thought I would share my twitch stream with you guys! http://www.twitch.tv/guperslue I mostly stream F1 2010 but some other games aswell. Currently streaming a 100% race of Spa drivng a Renault!
  21. So this is a really weird question, but does anyone know how or even if I can make my E46 330 sound even remotely close to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0GmZuAj-DA I know I only have a 6 and it doesnt really want to rev much more than 6k but if I could get close I would be happy!
  22. Squat. And: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIkoqmXW__w
  23. I've got a shot blaster. What I really wanted to know was how you got rid of all the kerb marks?
