  1. Really nice man! I love the Monty stocks. Is the frame heavy?
  2. I dont know much about the geos and what happens when you change what, but the Echo Lite SL 2011 has the exact geo you mentioned. And the Born Ultimatum seem pretty close.
  3. Flip the pad every time you get a puncture. If you are anything like me thats a whole lot of times so the pads wear pretty even.
  4. If I can sort the planes and stuff I'll be there.
  5. I dont think theres a whole lot the store can do about the price of the pre built bikes.
  6. What Ive done is I removed all the middle pins, and 1 pin at the front and 1 at the back, so I only have 2 pins per side of the pedal. Its not as grippy as before but it still grips well if you have good shoes.
  7. Nice looks like my first proper one! How did you do that with echo pedals though? I think the echos are by far the nicest to get hit by.
  8. I like Stan's yellow Echo in: http://vimeo.com/11076850 And I also like the older Inspired that were blue with white forks and 4-bolt frames, like this one: I dont like Inspired, or any other trials bike with a rear disk. Well im fine with mods having rear disks.
  9. 3 wrong. Damned feet instead of meters screwed me over
  10. I think the freewheel is supposed to be like that. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/media/guides/maintenance_snail_cam_setup/m5.html Turn the cranks so the chain is lose and work from there.
  11. Hey guys, sorry if this is a repost but I just found this while on a random youtube spree. Looks like they put some serious work into making it.

    Tyres

I think a Kenda small block 8 or one of the try alls is fairly standard on most trials bikes. So when somebody asks something about a tyre its probably going to be for the rear unless the person say its for the front. People who ride inspired or other streety bikes seem to use the same kind of tyre for front and rear. Just my thoughts.
  13. Maybe its overheating, make sure the fan intakes and exhaust are clear of dust or anything else that might get in there. Dont have your laptop on a pillow or in the bed without having a flat surface, like a tray, to make sure its well ventilated. If its overheating you should invest in one of these: Hope that helps! Kevin
  14. Where have I seen this before... Hah just kidding man! Nice looking build
  15. Tartybikes have a size chart, but that may be for a specific brand or model. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/protection/661_riot_shin_wraps/c119p11716.html Its in the additional images. Hope that helps.
  16. Swedish alert! Använd 5-56, det är samma sak som det de föreslog. Sorry about that.
  17. Those front wheel hops on the rails were insane!
  18. As far as I know it would continue to run at the same speed, but if you put any increased load on it, it will lose speed pretty quick OR it would put a lot more stress on the remaining 2 phases as they now have to provide 50% more power each. How it reacts is down to what type of motor it is and how it was designed, I think.
  19. If Im flying in from sweden, which airport would be the closest?
  20. Is it something like this: If it is then its contaminated. I got some great advice in this thread: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/180629-front-disk-thinks-its-a-rim-brake/#entry2493309
  21. Not sure how it works over there, but cant you just ask for money instead and get the one you want?
  22. You can make them as thin or thick as you like.
  23. The best grips I have used is the try all loc all. But Ive only used them, trial tech foam and the onza prcipaws.
