Just been on the phone to sky as our Internet signal sucks and as usual they say it's a problem on our end despite the fact it's been stable for months before this. I then questioned them how this problem would come about to which they replied that cables deteriorate over time. They then told me the cable may have been damaged in the last week, to which I replied that I have not touched the cable and I have no gremlins as pets. He then asked me how I know I don't have gremlins as pets. That part actually made me laugh in the middle of a very angry phone call.
