When I did mine it was more difficult as I had to remove the olive from the braided hose to get it to go through the top cap. Depends on the brake and top cap I guess. Inspired top caps are better.

Well I prefer mx5 she prefers this. It's had the mls gasket fitted and skimmed at the same time. It actually drives quite nicely

18-13 might be the best/cheapest option and is the equivalent of 22-16. I think 22-15 is probably another option but would be costly for a small gain.

You're using the latex gloves wrong. Wear a liner glove or 2 if they are very thin then latex glove then a thin outer glove. Used this skiing and was warmer than my ski gloves which are leather and thinsulate lined.

This is already a well known problem although I'm not sure if the zoot pro frame has the same problem
