  1. Sweet video of an amazing day If you want more & haven't seen it already then I put together a short video of the event Available on vimeo & youtube
  2. Nice vids enjoyed both of them! A few moves stuck out that I really liked but can't remember them all now.. I'll have to watch them again
  3. Sweet vid Joe, really enjoyed it! Sidehop to rail to almost 270 to rollback, awesome
  4. It's looking like I won't be riding properly until July or so but I'll probably still come down for the social if it's on in June
  5. There was so much riding going down it was difficult to pick who to film! Sick night, RedBull did an awesome job at putting on this event. With still being on crutches it made filming a bit difficult so sorry I didn't get more of all the riders. Can't wait to see the official RedBull coverage. Youtube have disabled mobile playback due to music copywrite issues. If you wanna watch on ipad/iphone etc then you need the vimeo app as I don't have a plus account to make a mobile version of the vid. Yeah it was! can't believe how close that landing was! I didn't get the crash on the attempt before that one, Ali fully desearved the £500 prize for all the lines he busted out on the night

Really liked the edit & lots of sweet lines in there Well done all involved
  7. I don't wanna slate this vid too much as usually I think that if you haven't got positive or constructive feedback then that's when you just don't post. Basically I think a minute intro on a 6 minute video is taking the piss. There were some good moves in there but I couldn't help feeling that a lot of it was sloppy (suppose a lot of that could be down to what you choose to edit into the vid). These guys are pro's right!? They did two trailers for this video. Kept seeing lines that could've been done or done better. I'm probably over analysing it all rather than sitting back & enjoying. I did appreciate some bits of it, just didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted to Edit: Just read the above posts & feel a bit bad now. Riding bikes is good & I am yet to learn some of the stuff these guys do A lot of effort obviously went into this vid & they do desearve praise
  8. Love this! Looking forward to getting into timelapses myself The shot of the course, when the redbull truck thing is on the left, is awesome! The sky looks sick

Sweet! Making some big riding spots look effortless Good work Kyle! Liking the lines
  10. Cheers lads, glad you're enjoying it I'm doing well thanks mate, will be off my crutches a week on friday. Still got another op and a fair bit of physio to get through though. (Im recording my progress on the blog page on my site) Just had to check the video files to find out that we rode Portsmouth back in April! Cant believe it was that long ago! Saying that the kicker clips at the start were on my old bike from March
  11. Always wanted Neil Tunnicliffe in HD? Well here you go... 720p available The video is also on my homepage: TheIanJohnstone.co.uk Riders in order of appearance: Ian Johnstone Paul Seddon Julien Fisher Neil Tunnicliffe Music: Massive Attack - Paradise Circus (Zeds Dead Remix)
  12. Agree, with previous comments, that watching their previous videos has left me feeling uninspired. And confused that surely I should enjoy this video but something's not quite right (think i reemeber one vid with a backflip up onto a roof thing followed by a shed load of correction hops before doing a little drop ?) That said, im liking how this vid is shot so far, and liked a couple of lines (the cheeky wallride up to ledge to 180 off) so hopefully the vid will be a good watch. haha
  13. Def doing well for 2 years riding lad. Keep it up Might need to deinterlace or find some flicker removal setting in vegas to get rid of them lines. I use adobe premier so not sure where they are in vegas, prob have to google it.
  14. Hey, I have a TrialTech Race 24" undrilled rim in white if you want it? Used from Oct last year until I went 26 in about March. It has a grind on but think it's in pretty good nic. If it sorts you out you can have it for a tenner no worries if it's not what you're after
  15. Crucified's a bit harsh, I thought they did a pretty good job considering they did it live whist riding/boarding down that hill. Awesome advert, I take pleasure pointing Joel out to Mrs everytime I see it haha Agree it's a shame that he wasn't in it more but im sure he was glad to be involved, like any of us would be!
  16. Thanks mate, yeah it really sucks. It's all the physio time after my next op. Wanna stick to the book & not try & get back on it too soon & do damage again. I'll be out with the lads filming a lot earlier so looking forward to that
  17. Added some updates including details of what exactly has been damaged in my knee, in my 'recovery blog'
  18. This video of Paul Seddon shows his progression over the last 2 years, starting with a quick shot on his Pashley & then moving to Adamant, Yabbaa & then a Koxx. The riding & video quality improves as the video goes on! Paul had about 2 years previous riding experience & then got back into it after the big London ride in 2009. We had to revert to old editing & compression techniques for this one but look out for HD vids from Paul this year!
  19. Good work Bella! Really like your line along the pipe in Bristol near the end I had forgotton about them Manchester clips haha
  20. I enjoyed that Nick, you're riding has improved so much in the past year! Like the edit too, think the music goes pretty well
  21. Cheers dudes glad you like the write up. Obviously got a bit of time on my hands so got some more bits & peices in the making to keep the site interesting! Take it easy
  22. Updates on most pages and write up on the Radfest weekend (inc photo's) added theianjohnstone.co.uk
  23. It was awesome. Def helped me into a good mood when I was back from the hospital. Respect Hey dude, still don't know what's wrong unfortunatly. Cant fully straighten or fully bend my leg yet so on crutches still. Need to book consultation with a knee specialist but cant until I can get a referall from the doc.. Dr's have no appointments until thursday!... never ending bullsh!t! Had to chase Chelmsford to send details to my Dr's to try and speed things up. Looks like it'll be weeks before I find out what's happened. On the plus side I get to spend lots of extra time with my 4 month old daughter. I'll be riding again in no time!
  24. Radfest was awesome! A&E wasn't lol Good work Jack & all involved! Enjoyed the kicker comp up until my knee issue. Thanks to everyone that helped when I came off (really couldnt tell who was where, when we were wating for St Johns to stroll over) Great to see everyone & meet some new people, there was a great vibe the whole weekend Looking forward to Radfest 2012 already
