104/94 bcd 4 arm Isis cranks that use a granny ring and bash like the inspired bash. raceface, fsa, truvative ect.. All used to make this style crank in Isis fitment i currently use a raceface prodigy xc crank set.

i rode it all through last year and competed in tyke trial 2013 on the jaf. I will be on it at Shipley for round 5 nationals

Try the bleed screw open fully and press the lever in and out loads, really loads and just when you start loosing your temper the oil should flow. just keep trying it can take 5-10 mins sometimes. If that doesn't work your seal in the lever is split or damaged.

The defy 1 uses giants aluxx sl tubing its only aluxx on the defy 2 and below. The aluxx sl tubing on the defy 1 makes that frame actually lighter than there composite frameset. its a really nice alloy bike frame on the defy 1 http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-gb/technology/view/aluxx.sl/56/

Sram will be really good about it tom. just this week i sent a reverb out to be serviced, in the notes i told them seatpost works fine just due a service. later this week sram had warranty the post for a brand new one.

Send it in for warranty they will fix it. what do you use to clean and lube the post with ?

2nd that. Remove the m6 end cap and tap the whole axle and bearing out. Then remove the broken axle off the bearing and retaining nut.

Please ignore clerit he is tf resident looney. i cant say much for the fourplay as i haven't riden one. i did have a quick go on the skye st tartydays it rode real nice but it was short and the ozonys all i can say is i ride one as my own bike its lovely but it has taken a good while to get back into wheel swops on the lower bb bike.

Back in day they used to use patches on the inside of car tyres you know. but yeah massive sidewall cuts make most bike tyres only usefull as hoola hoops

Lifetime, check that's not lifetime of the material. if its proper lifetime that's amazing.

Plastic pedals are great, and then they smash. Those cheaper clear bmx ones usualy first to smash. the nylon nukeproofs and those u showed in the pic, are stronger. But by a long way not as strong as alloy pedals, which last as long as the pins and bearings without a huge crash.

I have had a set of nukeproof electrons for three years now they work really well but i do prefer my hope f20s
