    Sex.

even if you're 35 and she's 9? the rules on age and anal are to do with homosexual sex not heterosexual sex. ergo you're allowed to bum 16 year old girls
  3. it's part of the shock absorbing frame design you pay 600quid for - if you weld it up youll break your ankles next time you ride.
  4. why has nobody made one with sort of I-beam type construction in the struts? that'd reduce the bending n stuff. maybe it'd get in the way.

371 with the little seal thing
  6. you're wrong. that pisses on the bouncy ball one from a great height
  7. do they have rules about selling crack n stuff? badges that have pictures on that turn into swear words if you rotate them 90 degrees would probably go down well in schools.
  8. that's unlikely to have changed have you started wearing a watch ?
  9. ive been bunnyhopping for almost 20 years and I've never used my brakes edit. shit me, that's actually true - you'd have thought i'd be good at it by now really wouldn't you?
  10. but a 5400 rpm drive (which is pretty normal for a laptop) can read data at considerably more than 50mb/s so you will see the difference. I know that cos I have a usb2 drive caddy with a 5400 rpm laptop disk in and a 5400 rpm disk in my laptop and the one in the laptop with the SATA interface reads and writes a shit load faster than the one in the caddy with the USB2 interface. it's all academic though since all he's gonna do is put music on it which you can play in realtime off a usb 1 connection
  11. what you really need to do is thrash the little bugger to within an inch of his life somebody important will probably twig and upgrade you again soon enough - assuming you don't generally post shite in full members of course
  12. what about all the rape stuff?
  13. my god - you're actually funnier than me boumsong. I've never had an interview at a shop but people tend to like it if you appear interested (ask questions about the job), friendly, confident, polite and smell good (seriously). I've been kind of lucky with all my interviews in that I've ended up quite liking the person interviewing me so it was easy to strike up a bit of a rapport and go away leaving a good impression - I think that's what's landed me my last couple of jobs as I'm sure there were people with a lot more experience going for them.
  14. Speed wise, there's a big difference. Firewire 800 gives you a maximum bandwidth of roughly 100 megabytes a second compared to SATA which runs at 300 megabytes a second. I don't know what interface a mac mini uses for it's internal disks but if it's slower than firewire you should have bought a proper computer like everyone says though - you'll be fine running music, movies and desktop type apps off an external disk.
  15. goodgood - was a bit nervous of offending you there, I'm not down with the kids anymore so I dont know about dubstep or any of this newfangled stuff you youngsters are into. I just knows about dirty great drums and scary fart noises
  16. Photoshop for pictures Premiere, After Effects or Avid for video now start saving
  17. I wanted to laugh but I speak Greek and it's pronounced "pee" rather than "pie"
  18. I listened n everythin. critique from dirty old drum & bass dj commences... For my tastes the tunes are a bit empty and clinical sounding - it feels like both could do with another mix to dirty them up, fill the gaps and add a couple of those happy accidents that make things sound a bit more natural (the addition of some really f**king big drums wouldn't hurt either IMO ). I like a lot of the noises and you've got some interesting breaks in there so I'm not saying the tunes are bad - i just think they're missing that final mixdown with the funny noises and overzealous use of echo effects. get me?
  19. no, we're waiting for the countdown on megaupload to finish
  20. I wish I'd bought a walkman

    3d Modeling

unfortunately, while blender is free it's also horrible and behaves absolutely nothing like any of the packages people use professionally. 3ds Max 9 is the shit - nothing compares as far as I'm concerned. Maya is also very good - i prefer the modelling tools and interface in MAX but it's equally capable overall. Softimage and Lightwave are perfectly good but I don't like them (you might find you do, plenty of other people do) , Modo is really nice to work in but pretty specific to just modelling and doesn't seem to have been widely adopted. There's other supplementary packages like Zbrush and Mudbox but you really need to get your modelling in Max/maya etc nailed down before you can make any real use of them. If you intend to do 3d professionally you're going to end up using more than one package anyway so it's best to get familiar with as many interfaces as possible - the principle remain the same between packages it's just the names they give things that change. Currently your best bet is to learn Max and/or Maya (preferably both) as they're the most popular with 3d studios. Personally I'd recommend Max over Maya as it's a cleaner, more efficient interface with less complicated jargon ( ) Don't be tempted by Poser, sketchup, bryce or any of the other "easy" packages - they have their uses but are very limited and you'll learn nothing about modelling from them. places to go for info include... 3dtotal.com deviantart.com highend3d.com I strongly recommend getting a decent book as it';ll speed up the learning process massively - the semi-official Max ones (published by new riders) were always very good (not that I've read one since version 2.5). I'm not sure about Maya books as I'd been using Max for 5 years before I went near it so I just used guesswork and the online help. make sense? good luck, have fun and take it slowly - you don't learn a package like Max in a year
