9 tims out of 10 its the fuel supply that induces air into the system and causes problems. But it has been know for certain fuels systems to get air leaks on the return side and have it affect the supply. Usually any air leaks on the return side puts air into the tank, whicj is expelled by the breather. If you check the supply and dont find anything, check the return, some systems return fuel to the supply side which would give air to the pump. You might find that the return only goes to the filter and back to the pump rather that back to the tank, it all depends on the manufacturer of the fuel system.

Air leak into fuel lines is a common problem on all diesel cars. The air alone will cause cutting out ect, exactly what you are getting. Unfortunatly the only way to cure is to systematicly test all the fuel lines and elimiate each one. The best method, get a jerry can full of diesel fuel, and run a pipe from it to each section of fuel pipe on the car, run the car and see if air is in the system. Work your way along the car, and when you find there is no air in the system, you have found the suspect pipe or connection. something like that

Dont know much about french shit, but there are 2 similar problems that Fords Have that do the same thing. Escort - MK5-6 Speedo jumps and wavers about - Cause is the Differential Bearings being worn and causing the Speedo cable to miss parts of the final drive where it takes the reading. Focus - 99 - 04 Speedo drops of, revs drop, cuts out Cause VSS goes open circuit and doesnt read properly. The VSS reads from the Diff again, but is electrical. Find out where your speedo reads from and how.

I dont think it will stop evolving. Looking back to when I started, it was small XC bikes, Cantilever brakes and bright colors. As people have improved they have changed design and thinkning and dragged the sport forwards. There are allways people out there who are looking at new approches and new methods of doing moves ans making things bigger and better. There will be a point when the highest wall will be reached and the longest gap has been done, as humans are only cappable of so much, but when these points have been reached attention will be turned on where we can improve in other areas techniques and riding styles.

I did this, got a new phone before the old contract ran out. The best thing to do, ring orange and ask to be put on the lowest cheapest tarrif. Say something like "im going away for a while and wont be using the phone". They get funny otherwise. Then that will be down to about £10 a month, not ideal but saves you a bit of money. Sounds like the ignition system has got wet. Usually the wet conditions create a spike in resistance in the ignition which can destroy the winding in the Coil pack and give missfires. I know it means nothing to you, but you should take a look at the spark plugs, make sure there are no tracking marks (black burns) down the white porcelain of the plug. If thats the case, you will need to replace the relevent plugs and leads. You may also have damaged the coil pack, the only recource is to replace it. This would be the most likely cause if you have break down at idle, and the car picks up during higher revs. Of cource none of this is very accurate without seeing and hearing the car.

I would advise Joining the Building Trade. Get certified and you will be earning good money. Something like Electricain or plumber earns top bucks, and has longevity. Mechanics seems to be a dying trade, and the money isnt very good.

I need some New rear Brake pads, Magura, and Seeing as I havent bought anything for my bike since my last set (original Koxx Blox) I dont know whats about. I used to like my Old Plazmatic CRMs (03) as I like my brake to be pretty much on/off I run a grind if it makes the difference. Whats about and how good are they. Last time I tried some of these self made pads, rimjams I think, they lasted 20 mins before overheating, going black and crumbling out the backings in a burnt mess. Advise please

Right, Windows XP was a bust, so I got Vista. Instlled ok, runs, but when I try and install my Motherboard drivers (so I can install my sound card, USB/fire wire card and Graphics card) all I get is "failed to fix security" Wont autorun, just comes up with that in a box with that in, and it wont let me manually instal the drivers from the disc. What do I do? I just want the damn machine to work now

I havent re-installed windows yet, still running from the same hard drive, and still the same instalation from the old motherboard. So a re-instal is the thing to do then? I dont have a copy of windows to instal, im sure I can get one somewhere. Is Vista worth the bucks, im perfectly happy with XP

Right. Installed a new motherboard in my PC. Was told I should re-instal Windows so it runs the right drivers in Windows for the New Board. Now my windows is slow to start, and im told this is because its searching for the wrong drivers. Is there anyway to get rid of the old motherboard drivers without reinstalling windows, as I dont have a version to install.

wont work at all. 1) Most big companies in this country use BP petrol cards, so all their company cars can only fill up there. 2) Ford advertise BP inside oll their new fuel flaps, so new customers will most likley go their as advised by the manufacturer. 3) The cost of fuel from the Oil companies is already pretty cheap. The only thing making it expencive is the Governments fuel Tax, approx 250% 4) BP and Esso supply almost all the major supermarkets with fuel, so they are still selling oil, just not from their own forecorts. The only way to get fuel prices down is to hit out at the government, they control the rediculous amounts of tax on fuel and car duty. And there is no chance of them dropping it, as its easy reliable money.

I dont think I could claim compensatin on this one. Injury occured when I was removing a towbar from a Ranger, was kneeling behind it removing the rear bumper, stood up and my back locked. Trapped a nerver. Cant see how the company is liable, I was supplied with correct saftey gear and training ect. There won be any persuading my boss to let me do something differnet. I went back in a week after this happened and all I got was "get back to work or go home" Not even a hello or are you ok. Ill look into thise VOSA jobs and see what come about.
