You mean your chain line isnt straight? Have you changed anything else? Is the wheel in the frame correctly? Might need to tweak your rear cog spacing(if you can) or adjust your BB length (worst case)

Ive been there. Not fun. Something that helps alot, get a very good friend, goto a quiet pub, or house, sit drink and talk. About all and nothing, get things off your chest ect. Must be a real good friend who youd trust with your most intimate thoughts. I found the more I spoke about things to friends, the better I could veiw them and they could help me.

Are the KHE Collapse Chains good? Ive been running a Sram PC48 for the last 6 years, finaly time ot upgrade. I dont want to have to bed the chain in, or make it stretch to fit (like the KCM Kool) and ill be using normal MTB Front sproket and a Gusset/Surley rear. Basicly want fit ride forget. Edit: If theres also a recamended way of running a 20-17 gear ratio so I can use alternative strong chains. Other wise its a Middleburn chainring and surley cog

Move your rear veiw mirros so you have to physicly moe your head to use them. Then the examiner knows when your using them. I had mine set so I could simply flick my eyes up (like I do now) and the examiner said I hardly ever used them. Just make a big deal out of all the things you need to look at and check for safety. Easy start, your f**king brave. If I was you I would bin it straight away, especiaily on a new car, they have special strategies and methods in them to prevent the need for all that. Easy start is excessivly bad, it washes all oil out the bores, so all the time your using it, you a running your engine with no oil for the pistons. It runins any in line sensors it comes accross, it causes pinking and detonation in the engine, which not only causes it to run very hot, very bad when your coolant is stone cold and not flowing, it also leaves loads of carbon deposits on your valves, if these get big enough the valves wont close, thus no compression and no running. Ive seen a well working engine destroyed because of the use of easy start. The only way to keep your car working these days is to leave them well alone, just service and thats it,

DONT DO IT Bongo your thinkning of the Wrong type of Diesel injection System. Modern Systemsmust never be alowed to run dry. They use the diesel fuel to lubricae the pump, and the tollerences in the pumps are soo tight (0.000001mm ish) that any lack of lunbrication causes them to literely fall to peices, and when that happens you have to replace every single component on the fuel system exept the tank, which needs extencive flushing, which costs thousands. (looking at about £2000 for the pupm and £1k for each injector) Your car will have a saftey strategy instaled in the PCM to prevent run dry, this will start with the fuel light, then the car will intentionaly start missfiring, to simulate running out of fuel, then it will cut out, and wont start. Some systems will let you restart on refueling, some require a trip to the main dealer with expencive computer restting treatments. And its not as simple as calling out the RAC or even bleeding the systme yourself. Old DI systems could be bleed by cracking the injectors off yes. But its really not adviseable, as the pressures behingd them are high, but on common rail injection you will have apporx 350 bar of pressure behind each injector, and if that gets out it has the power to literealy cut through the bonnet, your hand, anything it can get near. Bleeding TDCi is a process that need special equipment to do correctly, and is usually don through the leak off part of the fueling. In short its not worth it. by fuel

Its great news. Diamond Back have been trying so hard to get back into trials over the last few years, and if anyone can do it Martyn can. When I used to work for Raleigh I tried to get hold of one of the Black and white DBR frames, the day before I rang them up, 1 guy bought the last 8 frames made. That was harsh. Its going to be really interesting to see what happens when a dedicatd trials rider meets the largest Bike manufacturer in the World. Hopefully they wont try and tame the bike to much for general Market use. Best idea would be a series of bikes, so you can have start out bike right up to full hardcore trials machine.
