  1. Does Tanky wanky want to sell his frame? If so how much dosh does he want? PS i don't think i will be out for any riding in the near future!
  2. Hey Rossy boy! Yeah i only came out for a few hours, just so i could have a break from revision. I'm surprised nobody commented that i'm wearing my glasses..........Thanks for getting a close pic of that Chris! lol - i look pretty gay in that pic, however, i was going for the "smooth" look. I can't believe it took me that long to do that sidehop and i REALLY need to pull up my trousers!!!! :$ Good ride and the guy on the white 26" with the piss pot seemed a funny lad! Thanks for the pics Malc and Chris, good stuff, captured the essence of the ride. Neil ps Exam tomo SHIT!
  3. I was having so much fun, shame i had to go in and do revision. Good to see some old and new faces and i will be riding again soon! My body is soooo stiff now, shows i have not ridden in a while! Peace bros! Neil (According to the lil chavs - "the best rider")
  4. I thought this topic would have been very different according to the title :$
  5. Connor the basher sent some stuff to me over a month ago and still hasn't turned up lol! I assume it may be the post, but i don't know the guy you are dealing with.
  6. Don't worry about it, we all spend a fair bit of money when first getting into the sport.
  7. I would have got JT to go to £650 and bought his JT's. I would have sold you my 07 team complete for £650 (profile, echo CNC cranks etc top spec!) To me that is not a budget at all! Sorry to be so negative
  8. Ello! I have never ridden a Base frame, but i have heard they are one of the most underrated frames around. Back in the day i used to ride a Pashley 26 Mhz, but when the "new" breed of frames came through PX Zebdi/Echo ESs and Urban etc they were more geared to trials. They felt nicer on the back wheel and overall better geo. I'd say they are more geard to a streety style. These frames have a seat while still being quite nice to ride. I'm sure the base would be a good choice. Sorry for the mish mash style of writing, i'm not totally sure in my head what you are looking for . If you want a trialsy bike, it is best not to have a seat and go for more of a modern frame If you want a streety bike, go for PX zebdi or base , these will also allow you to have a seat/gears. Simple as that really, sorry to not be of more help. Neil PS not so sure you should get the Mhz, although they are thebest looking bikes in the world
  9. I'm the same Amen brother!
  10. Try that with Tuna I'm so hungry right now!!
  11. Honest to God i don't know where half of the youngsters get their information from. It was trials specific geometry at the time, but times have changed. OK the geo wasn't great on the bikes but i could still do a fair bit on my old handsomedog rockstar!!! Also i remember the frame being really quite strong and at around 5lbs it wasn't a bad weight for that time. If you have the parts/time build it, just for some fun!!
  12. Grab you balls and put them in her mouth son , she wants a bit! Worst thing that will happen is they get bitten off
  13. Ahh dude! I thought you bought a bike Dave:(
  14. I didn't notice the "pointy tail", surely our sport is dangerous enough without being impaled when slipping a pedal???? I'm actually a lil worried about that - Still wouldn't mind one though
  15. Ahhhh you lil shit bad Chris! I thought you were going to IOW today?! I would have come out for an hour or so otherwise! DOH, next time! Keen eye
  16. Ahhh man, i really enjoyed that ride. It was a bit of a shame it was a bit short. My highlight of the day was seeing Ben Jones doing that 180 - i mean where the fcuk did that come from , he's getting good! Rossy mate, those rails were huge! Can't wait to be back again so we can do the same again. Ahhh i can't express how relaxing it was yesterday - we just rode for fun on lil things. Ahhh i want to ride :0 ( ...... But i'm stuck doing Economics of Insurance - what a load of crap! Catch you laters boyz! Neil XxX
  17. Not so sure i will be making it - sorry Winnersh/Early crew :0 (
  18. Lol, yeah. I've noticed Word highlights it a lot when i'm writing this. Woops! Urrgghhh.....i still don't know what the f*ck i'm doing!!
  19. The answer is in Alien Vs Predator .... Duhhhh! Lol, i'm just watching now - seems really interesting. I got the same excited feeling when i watched the one on religion posted by Smo a little while ago.
  20. It's Economics - i'm running a simple regression analysis to evaluate which of the variables effect prices of the deregulated airline industry in the US. Basically my literary review was on the initation of price wars. However, i cannot use a probit model as used in many of my sources - this is because i do not have the resources/data available to run such an analysis. Thus i am using a simples regression on the price of airline tickets. When i find there is a significant price drop i will see if my variables are the ones that effect the price or if there is some outside influence. It's a load of crap - i still have not totally figured out how the ticket price relates to a firm initiating a price war. But the uni is so stupid to give us this subject!!!!! Got a cock of a tutor too! god i'm angry! Elliot - Thats really nice of you! I'd apreciate it a lot if it's not too much trouble, or just the layout of your methodology? XxX EDIT - lol, i just read what i put - it's a load of jibber jabber!
  21. I knew i was going wrong! Yeah, i've tried google. All their methods are OK, but i'm looking for a first in my degree and wanted to know what approach others took and evaluate which would be best for my topic. Also the links on google are not very comprehensive, ergo asking people will give more of an extensive overview on how to write one. But thanks Neil
  22. I quite liked the music lol.
