Acquired myself a 25mm Eibach rear anti roll bar last night for the princely sum of £40 Now i've just got to fit all this bloody stuff! Best book a few days off work...
-
I just bought an Ebaytastic catch Luke with 19mm fittings and got the oil resistant tubing off there cheapo too. Still have to fit it, but planning on venting to atmosphere.

Seal kits are cheap, swapping them out cant be too difficult. Do you need a special tool to remove them?
-
Looks all good, shame they're still using a downtube/bb mounted bash plate on the 20" model. Can't see the reason for it anymore, just a weak point on the downtube and surely heavier?

Is that in response to the pint and a dutch rudder or the climbing? And yes we will.
-
Didn't realise there was much of a difference really... Call it a pint and a dutch rudder and you're on; are you climbing tomorrow? What lump do you have in it?
-
We have met right....
-
Well I'm bringing it back with me for you, so you can grab that along with your wipers the next time I see you
-
Yeah the kit is pretty damn cheap We are talking about your old dogbone with the yellow large bush that you want back? Not the one i've got fitted and pictured with the red and black bush, because that's on my A3. Wish bones, hubs/carriers etc. all off and split
-
Already got a a Powerflex diesel front dog bone bush and one of these http://www.psituning.com/product.php/19135/ecs_dogbone_mount_kit_with_stretch_bolts___golf_4_bora_a3__ttmk1_oct1_leon1 for the small end. Bought the whole kit so got the small bush, used the stretch bolts and sold the large bush for £15 on Ebay... Et voila: Do you want the dogbone link back Luke? I'll have a hunt to see what the old man has done with it, then all you need is bolts.

I'm with Sky and they were really good. Greenlight were the next most competitive company, either and you should be OK. Ha Luke, purple brakes just made me think of that other purple Leon shed This: To this: Were then primed and then sprayed black: I know they aren't perfect, but a nice quick job to smarten them up a little before they get installed. Decals and Lacquer to come next week Tomorrow I will mostly be removing cast wishbones, hubs/carriers, track rod ends and balls joints. Fun fun fun.
-
Gave the Brembos a lick of black paint today, look ok too Far from perfect though.. Decals and lacquer tomorrow. Not that you'll be able to see much behind the alloys once they're fitted

Eurgh Everything just looks rushed or forced. All tricks and no style.

As a customer I don't want to walk into a shop and look for a product when it's just as cold inside as it is out. As a manager i'd be concerned about the number of casual purchases that are being missed because people don't want to wander around and browse in the cold! She's got a shit attitude, you need to man up and layer up!

It's a pretty damn awesome build! So clean, so OEM+. I approve of it greatly. S2K filter looks pretty good Luke, tempted to do the same with mine for increased cleaness and help support the MAF etc. Not that it needs much really.

Can't really comment on whether it will improve your riding or not, have you reached a plateu on the Genesis? I seem to find that a change can help, new geometery and something shiny can always help. How long have you had the Onza for?
-
I am indeed, a fair chunk of it has gone or has deposits on bigger lumps awaiting collection If you had turned up then you could have spoken to me about it! Tell me exactly what you want and i'll strip it out this weekend and see if it'll fit in the A3.

I've had my Breath mod for ages now, awesome frame
-
Mod or stock? Personally snapped both within 6 months from new?
-
New climbing shoes

Personally I think his riding is stylish enough he really doesn't need to put gay little tweaks in like that.
