    Bang Bang

    Go home Flipp, you're drunk.
  2. I hope said Bulgarian was suitably reprimanded? b*****d.
  3. Not exclusively for Christmas, but in the last few months i've treat myself to a S£/LCR K04 turbo, Relentless V4 manifold and next week I shall be picking a recently rebuilt block with forged rifle drilled rods. Now all I need is a head to rebuild so i can swap the engine in one go (theoretically).
  4. I watched this a few minutes after it was released yesterday, I'm glad that I wasn't the only one that felt the filming was lacking. Jack's riding is on another planet and should be filmed to show that off. Half the time most of the move/rider/take off/landing was completely out of shot; you just lost all scale and complexity of any of the riding. I don't know if Jack or any other people familiar with riding reviewed the footage at any point and gave the cameraman some pointers? Shame as Jack doesn't release videos too often (even more of a shame as his riding is incredible), opportunity missed.
  5. I know this might be sacrilegious, but you could get one of the magura braze on 4 bolt kits and switch to 4 bolt. Either that or a really well set up vee.

    Films!?

Was going to say was the Sarlacc the beast in the pit and not the name of the pit itself?
  7. Yes you're raising the centre of gravity when the bike is on two wheels, so yes it will be slightly more unstable. As Dave has said bar/stem set up makes a large difference to how much of a difference a high BB makes. But with respect to your comment " So isn't that supposed to feel like riding a mod with +146mm bb"... No, there are many other geometry factors that affect how the bike rides and feels, so it's not as simple as what you've asked.

Ted 2, have to say I found it hilarious.
  9. Buy one get one free? I "heard" Luke has some serious skills...
  10. Scotland is a whole different country, so that doesn't count.
  11. As we said mate, it's just not worth the risk. Bloody frustrating why people bother to fit non-rifle drilled rods, but hey ho. I'll be friendly, you can have the first one we spot :P
  12. Ah but anywhere past Ivybridge is north, bloody geographically challenged northerners :P
  13. Either this or paisley freight.
  14. He's from Oxfordshire. That is most definitely not the South :P

Watched Ant Man the other night, definitely a tongue in cheek film. really quite enjoyed it.
  16. All beware the mansfield massive and the interwebs threats to beat people up with baseball bats. Thems were the days :D
  17. Yeah they say they've increased the length by 2 mm and the angle by -3 degrees. I'd be surprised if the original K2 stems were bang on 150/30 anyways. Cynical i know, but i imagine they found they weren't produced bang on and just used it as a gimic.
  18. By the looks of it, nothing but the graphics. So hardly "interesting".
  19. Same, never personally used it. Been they use the FARO arm quite a lot on site.
  20. http://www.trialsaddict.com/ Ben has always gone out of his way to help me, great range of products, always good prices and he's a nice chap to boot.

MIssion Impossible: Rogue Nation.....well, Simon Pegg sort of made up for a very typical tom Cruise. Was a standard affair really, easy too watch and certainly not taxing on the brain.

Watched this the other night, was awesome. Just ridiculously over the top. Southpaw was ok, to me it felt like it never really got going properly.
