So say I want to try protein shakes, I have a relatively balanced diet but by no means am getting the maximum protein. Gym 3-4 times a week, what should I be looking at? Myprotein.com has been suggested but products?

I literally have no experience with protein shakes, the closest I get is Frijj, but your making it sound like if he has only 1 shake a day he is going to blow up like a balloon or die. Could you also learn to spell from a uni student?

Are you mental? Flatland (assuming it's even remotely good) has to be the best bike related sport to watch. IMO alot more interesting than most trials videos.
