Your massive block of text is a truly spectacular sight to behold. Was hoping for a pic or a video though... Can't really fault Windows 7, it's by far the best system they've made in my opinion so probably won't be switching over for quite some time.

Yeah, this is a completely different car, it's a 96 M3 Evo, came from Wales. Now LHD. The estate was a B30 but that was a complete fluke. Engine is being pulled apart now, really want to know what happened in there. Stock management for now, vanos sounding like a diesel but according to the dyno the torque curve is pretty much bang on so no need to fix

with My Favourite Game as the soundtrack and I think Cap and Matt or Phil Williams in it? Yay for no RSQ.

Used to use both, now only use youtube. Can't see a single benefit from using Vimeo but quite a lot of drawbacks.

Hope it's not too nice though because it's going to get a hell of a beating. Thanks though! Can't wait till it's assembled. It's getting the stock S50B32 unit but paired to a lighter 5 speed tranny and a custom built 4.45 40% 1.5 way diff. This and the 300kg weight savings should make the car rather fun. The diff in a sprint from 0-190km/h puts down a calculated 17% more torque (on average 3110Nm at the half shafts) than a standard 3.21 unit and the car should weigh 25% less Mind you it'll be going flat out at 190 but I don't plan to race this thing anyway. Mostly rallysprint and hillclimb events + the odd drift day.

Good luck with that D2 kit, I absolutely hate mine M3 update:

Well I have a clip of me trying to do something (not sure what) on a bike while being pretty drunk. Might post something in here later, got to go.

Only if you think about it I just don't. Cheers man, good point. Will give this some thought. Just to add to the first post, I took another blood test yesterday (the one we went by previously was from April) and it did find that I have some sort of an infection which could be causing this feeling of tiredness. Suspecting a tooth since my gland under the jaw is pretty swollen. Going to sort that out before considering some mental health issues.

D2 is rubbish. Bilstein B12 + thick ARB's is where it's at. At least the suspension actually works as opposed to being rock solid.

Nah, totally understand the appeal of a good old holiday! It's just that I can't leave work and go off for a few days. Guess friday - monday would be possible but that's not long enough. Definitely going to give it some thought. As for setting oneself goals - yeah that is a good way. Need to do it more often. Makes you feel good about yourself too

Wooo I got this thread going again Just look at it now!

Sounds familiar, definitely aware that ADD and dyslexia are being properly absued nowadays. Hope it's the same story here. I'm not a health nut and don't visit doctors unless I really have to but if someone tells me something is wrong with me, I tend to overreact. So it's comforting to know that this depression thing could just be a meaningless label. There's one thing that worries me a lot but I only think about it once a day maybe? It doesn't consume my life. Don't feel stressed either, more like bored perhaps. Too much routine. Could definitely do with a classic holiday like you suggested, went up into the mountains for the weekend but that was too short and I spent one night not being able to sleep. Haven't had a proper holiday for almost 10 months. Exactly my thoughts. Everyone needs some solitude, some need more some need less.

I've been feeling really shit for the last 1,5 months, finally went to the doctor recently and after a lengthy check up which found nothing wrong in my blood, heart etc. he suggested that the most possible reason is depression. This made me wonder - I have a great life. Great job, lots of time and lots interests, great friends, recently a gf. Nothing is missing, I wouldn't change a thing about where I am now. Obviously some matters trouble me but surely that's completely normal. So I'm kind of wondering - can one be medically depressed but happy? I recall there being some people on here who were depressed, so looking forwards to some insight. edit: furthermore, if happiness and medical depression can go together then what is the downside of being depressed other than being tired most of the time? It just sounds like someone is using the word "depressed" rather than "tired"?

Really weird that. Do I really post in here that often? Could be that back in the days when beginning to drift I didn't belong to any car forums and let off steam on TF. All valid points though. Like you I just copy images in here, maybe add some text if needed or occasionally talk to myself. Shame about this thread but it could still be saved, people are just not posting their rides! And I'm by no means suggesting Jardo that you should post less. Others need to post more. Cheers man. Yeah, the wheels were chosen chiefly because they are so crooked they cannot be used for anything other than moving a chassis around the workshop. I've got a set of polished original M3 wheels to put on when it's ready. Engine is a completely stock M3 Evo unit, no mods this time. We're using a custom made diff to make the most of that power. Wanted a V8 originally but we eventually decided it would be way too overpowered for sprint evends. Considering a cheaper less powerful V8 in the estate, just to turn that into a budget drift car. Current engine from that car is being pulled apart, will post findings. It was a complete mess. Love the Land Rover, you did post it in here quite a few times except it was pulled apart, no? And with an LPG tank? Had no idea that was 60 years old. Pics with baloon You could also do it properly like this guy except you'd need a shit load of candles: Won't that still rub?

It just seems as though this thread has been completely overrun by you Used to be full of car pics and peoples' problems with them or mods they were carrying out, now it's kind of turned into an MSN type of chat regarding two Clios and an Audi. Just my opinion though, I'm sure it's not just you posting so much in here, it's others who have stopped. Used to have Civics, Foci (plural), Nissans, Mazda's, Evos in here, where's all that gone?

Got a masters degree in economics and logistics last year, can't say it has influenced what I'm doing since I've been running a business since I was on my 1st year. Could have done it without proper education. Would definitely recommend taking some sort of course though. Despite hating mine and being really bored with it and all the nonsesnse I was being pumped full of, it did give me a broad understanding of the world we live in.

Not Jardo's car so probably not interesting, f**k it though. Made my day. And for Bucky - E46 front arches on rear:

Stopped enjoying FG round about season 7, now it's just a hit and miss. Far preferred when jokes were delivered using flashbacks. These were completely random, now that they've stopped using them they have bound themselves only to jokes that derive from the plot. That's not good enough.

What Mark said. Personally I'd go for the Bonz fork. They're stiff, you don't really need a booster on top of that unless you're super fussy. Also a stiff plate welded to the forks can cause them to crack, just like most 4bolt forks break around the brake mounts eventually. Whether this is a possible weak spot with Rockmans I don't know.

Radical post warning - not a french FWD hatchback After 5 weeks in the paint shop, the M3 is ready. Should be ready in 2 weeks. Still need some fabrication, gear lever, hydro handbrake, dash and other small nonsense. Can't wait. It's going to be a f**king monster with that weight and a 4.45 final drive. Haven't seen the car yet, just got sent this pic a few days ago. This is the colour it should be in:

That's better. However, the urge of posting in a few threads is killing me so... To RSQ: Where is the RSQ thread? To happy thread: Going on holiday tomorrow! To angry thread: The happy thread is gone
