i had a rim do that a while ago, i didn't realise and it chomped a V out of my pads (waste of cousts ) it'll be fine for a few rides, but check it after you do anything silly to see if it's getting worse...
you just paste the url with img tags around it to the side of/under the picture on photobucket. or right click the photo go on properties, copy the url and put it in tags
how does the brake perform on his bike? borrow it; see how it performs, can it lock up well? i'd imagine it can modulate very well but you still need it to hold your wheel in place (especially if its on the rear) otherwise you could get a sweet avid bb7 setup for that price bb7s are already really popular in trials (i run them f+r)
isis bearings tend to be shite, but it's better to munch bearings every now an then than have axles snapping etc, plus square tapers can be rounded if your not careful with them, isis are more resilient.
you need a balance of all 3, if you have perfect technique, it can only take you so far, you enevetiably need the beanz to power through things, i'd imagine this offers an opportunity for more stamina, which is always good
