Pulled my back badly on Saturday. After a day of feeling sorry for myself yesterday I feel loads better today. Went into work although I'd booked it off my manager cancelled the leave so I could stay in. Doesn't sound like a win but it really is as I'd intended the day off to get over the hurt from the comp I didnt attend haha.

hope pro2 singlespeed/trials edition if you want to keep the gears. otherwise a fixed hub with a trials freewheel is the way to go bikes aren't for comfort in trials, i ride a short 20" and i'm 6ft tall... it's a performance affair on these machines.

The right magura set up will be fine. I rode a dual disc 24 on the weekend and the wheel qas so flexy I couldn't get on with it personally. I'm quite a static rider though but I imagine the wheel flex is noticeable even if your flowy but still rely on braking for moves..

Hey yall anyone know the geo of the 06 pitbulls? Did they come in long and short? If so what were the respective geos? And how would I distinguish which one I have? Also for extra points anyone know the echo hifi geo? I think its 1085 +55 375 71 but I'd like some confirmation.

had an amazing ride today, had a freak out about where all my money had gone and realised i've been better than usual this month; and my leeds fest ticket is paid; i'm knee deep in spares for bikes. and dual disc 20" is go next month as a result.

super star pedals ***... got the mags on my weenie build and the nano techs on my street machine, both are excellent, great big platforms, grip well, and sealed. V8s are cheap, they can be a little noisy but they last damn well.

Not hard to get to 10 km; I only started training in sept didnt run until mid-late october and now I'm happily churning out 10ks in under 45... and I broke my leg prior to this...

Try having your brake lever blades closer to the bars; there should be grub screws that enable this. You can grip better when your hand is more curled in than having your fingers way out... if you gym try rowing with the bar only in your fingers instead of In a fully clasped grip. Also pull ups and riding more. And quit smoking; it reduces your testosterone and increases your recovery time. Both these factors combined will hinder your progress and physical development.
