  1. I run them on both my bikes and love them, on the echo I run about 25psi and on the fourplay I run them at 40 ish. I only had one mare with punctures on the echo, got three in one night, first was caused by me not making a gap and ramming wheel into a sharp metal edge. The same gap caused the other two punctures but I was also using my spare 1.75-2.0 tubes which became very thin when stretched into the 2.4 conti so they didn't stand much of a chance.
  2. It looks like the left hand bottom bracket cup is not screwed in enough, once it is in properly in it should stop the freewheel from being able to rub right hand bottom bracket cup. Headset is probably missing a spacer.
  3. He used too, he is now running the standard crewkerz freewheel and has been for a while.

    It's me!

This is lies, I don't think I had to change a tube for any of those clips. There was only one time in Cleveleys when I went through a few tubes on the same gap (that was more down to poor technique than the tyre Cheers everyone for the positive replies

Hey guys, over the last few months I have been getting out riding and managed to film a bunch of clips on my phone, nothing fancy, enjoy!

Power steering fluid will ruin the seals, I wouldn't put antifreeze in hope brakes. Dot fluid should work fine at that temperature from what I can find on Google, might operate a bit slower but shouldn't freeze.

No difference any dot 4 or dot 5.1 will do
  8. For foot jams, stop his foot going into the gap
  9. You just need a socket or something a similar size (ever so slightly smaller so it doesn't get stuck in the hub shell) as the bearing outer race to knock it back into the hub shell, you only really want to be hitting the outer race
  10. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/media/guides/maintenance_freewheel_and_sprocket_removal/m1.html From about 1:20 is what you are after I think. The way in the video has not failed me yet
  11. I imagine he just rides a lot.
  12. You don't know that for sure, he didn't specify what year the summer would be in ....
  13. Top notch riding as always, can't believe I missed out on pretty much all of those rides!
  14. With the headtube, what's the worst that could happen..........actually don't answer, it will be fine. Addingham is a great place to ride but I was not on point that day, I fell off more than usual. It was a fun ride non the less.
  15. About anything in particular or did she just fancy a chat?

The riding in that video is awesome!
  17. Awesome video, I have no idea how you manage to do the stuff you do. Only video I have recently been able to watch over and over. It's a blettin.
  18. A good rider being a bit of a letdown
  19. Take the wheel out and see if the axle is still in one piece (probably will be as a snapped axle would be more noticeable but it's free to have a look ) while it is out you will be able to check the bearings too.
  20. It was specifically made to save weight
  21. Still have the wheel and the hub still works, just not sure which safe place I left it in :/
  22. Some massive riding, loved all of it except the spins. Monster.
