Head to a Lloyds/Wetherspoons and go for any Westons ciders, Magners, Aspall etc. Or if you're feeling brave, go for Old Rosie- a pint of 7.5% scrumpy. It tastes like caramel, but it'll have you on your ar*e after 4...It's my mate's birthday on Tuesday, and because of the lecturer strike at Uni, we're gonna be drinking all day. I know you guys like your burgers and soft drink in excess but alcohol ? If you can take 20 pints of beer in one night out then you can either handle your drink like a 20st football thug, or your an alchoholic. edit- oh and Lager is my drink of choice, but I get onto Vodka Redbulls if I need a turbo charge usually if Im going clubbing. Fair do's though if you can take 20 pints of beer in one night out then your probably up there as the hardest drinker in the world ever.It's not like 20 beers in an hour...beer is very different than hard alcohol for me.america is all binge drinking!! Especially in college! That is all kids do...You aren't aloud to drink until you are 21, people have no idea how to drink socially here- just do it to get wasted. I've gone 5 months straight with 10+ drinks a night at one point....not bragging, but I had a bit of a problem :/ i've cut down thoroughly in the past year and now I'm quite a lightweight in comparison to my old self, but I think my body will thank me later. Bendee Posted March 6, 2006 Report Share Posted March 6, 2006 when i was at collage a couple year back if id of asked for vodka and coke, vodka and rebull, jd and coke id of been called a right wuss id of even joined in but now it seems thats what most lads drink when out on the piss.ive only just started drinking vodka jd ect and find it alot better to drink i dont get gassy and never need to piss i get pissed but its a nicer kind of pissed i dont feel sick just happy, must say i have a love for jd on its own sooo nice.ill drink pints in a pub for a quite one and vodka ect when out on a mission.
