I am nearly there, just a little bit of tinkering with the brakes, putting the Nukeproof pedals on and getting a bash ring (still) and she will be ready to go. Right in time for Winter! Nice trip! Well I haven't ridden Swindon before, but I am only in Reading so 45 mins away so when you get a ride organised let me know. Also, it's worth making the trip to Bristol, loads to ride there.

Personally found the best things to do: Watch videos - this is a useful site for techniques http://www.trashzen.com Find local riders, get out and just give things a go, ask questions The most important thing is practice, keep practicing moves. Start small and with the basics, it takes time but the more you practice the easier and more natural the moves will become

Looking to get some custom stickers made for my 24" and wondering who people use?

Those Powerpros were awful! I think I snapped one set, bent another and stripped another.. I always liked the idea of those USE forks, shame they were used on those awful Saracen frames!!

Well that is still retro, a whole 9 years old!! Makes my late 90's / early 2000 set ups seem positively ancient now!

Anyone know what is happening with this yet?? Intrigued to see what is happening and if there is rumblings of a new 24"perhaps

It's not mine.. I can purchase it but just using it at the moment to get it set up. Same with the bars as they are the white Arcade bars (personally I want black)

I know, it's not mine.. every time I go over seems to be more and more parts in there and now his project VW Polo. It's such chaos it drives me nuts!

Over the last year I have been acquiring parts to build a 24" street bike, been a while coming, been so broke I nearly caved and sold the parts.. but persevered. The frame started life in black, badly painted Mark 1 WIP 24" with the same geo as a Fourplay Mk II, the forks a friend had made by JAF and were used for about 2 rides.. stripped, sanded and lacquered the frame finally last night and put in the forks, stem bars, cranks and a shoddy old pivotal that was knocking about to see what it was starting to look like... and the result is pretty good! Should be finished in the coming weeks, provided I can get the hubs and bash sorted.. but for now here it is in it's current state:
