  1. Inspired Hex, with a lowered marzocchi air fork?
  2. 6082 is the uk equivalent of 6061, far lower strength than 7075 that most trials frames are made from. you'll buy at t6 temper presumably but after welding will be at t0 at the haz ( heat affected zone ). Without heat treating the area around the welds will be significantly weaker due to the rapid cooling of the metal resulting in the crystalline bonds in the metal not aligning correctly. Pretty sure I'm right in saying that.
  3. Wouldn't be too hard to machine a 1.37" x 24tpi thread. Pm me

  12. 110mm would be possible if you ditched the disc mount , if not you'd probably have to part the hub shell in half and rebond it with some carbon tube.

  14. It took far more time planning than actual machining ; not sure if daves post is pitched at me or Mr beaden.
  15. Badass to see D-Wats making a return ha.
  16. I did one at 116mm with a properly usable disc mount. i don't think 110mm is possible without shortening the hubshell with a working disc mount?
  17. Really needs to roll his bars back! Makes him have such an awkward style being so short....

  21. Danny Mac air king , good grip , high volume and extremely bouncy , but fairly pinchy.... Maxis are near discontinued , 24 is pretty much a dead wheel size in mountain bike apart from kids bikes
  22. Sounds like youve stripped the head of the bleed screw. Try tapping a slightly larger torx bit in, the impact will help loosen the bolt and hopefully the torx will bite and unscrew the bolt.
