There's nothing to say you can't use them. Onzas come with quite low-standard brakes (i know you can't really compare the builds) and they're used effectively with very little trouble by a lot of people without upgrade. Decent bikes cost a lot of cash. It's a bargain for under a grand as it is.

The old one was your first proper love interest and turned out to be a bitch. Yeah it takes time to get over that but the new one is a lot better and if she's making you happy just do it before she gets fed up of waiting and you end up hurting yourself before anything decent really happened. See how things go, don't start talking marriage straight away and work out where things are going. If it's all working out great and she's really into you that's when you can be sure she's worth risking it with. Strap some balls on.

Hey y'all, Thinking Unis for next year and Brighton's pretty high on the list, just wondering what the riding's like there/ surrounding areas? I know there are some sweet BMX spots about but i can't spend all my time riding those on the 24" alone and i'd rather not go down the get-a-BMX route if I can help it. An help would win Matt

In art news, I got thrown out of sainsburys for putting this on their stella multipacks today; Just a random jokey little thing to get the "public art" ball rolling at college. Going back in with some saying "serious addiction" (maybe, kinda tbc at the moment but wanna do something a little more serious) branded ones and an A1 piece to be wheat pasted outside a pub in town.

Laurence, have you ever actually used one for trials? You seem to be bumming the hell out of them but it's always followed by a "wish i could get one/ weight/ whatever puts me off"

2.5" doublewalls? I used to swear by those (even when they snapped repeatedly) Nothing will ever come close to those in terms of feel, they're perfect. Shame they're discontinued and good second hands ones are getting so thin on the ground
