  1. Having spent a week in a rover 200 with him I beg to differ. But hey, i'm not gonna try and change your views dude!
  2. You're right, I guess testing all those frames from Onza to destruction over the years wouldn't have taught Mark anything about a frame's strengths and weaknesses...

Pashleys rock. Throw some pictures on here
  4. Naughty geo! i like that Ps, get those bars hiiiiiiigh.
  5. So me and JD had a good ride this weekend...
  6. That's f**ked. Having said that dents aren't bad, my frames got loads and the chain/seat stays have only come off of it once.
  7. My bad, a shit load of stackers goes without saying
  8. Anything between 70 and 90mm, 25-35* rise
  9. Like!!!! Black bars, shorter stem, winning.
  10. Not at all mate, there are a lot of bad sellers/ buyers/ kids with no real idea on here and pink bike. If a part is described as good, or just scratched etc i'd be raged if it turned up worse off than that. Honest descriptions and plenty of photos are the only way to go! Just choose who you trade with more carefully, i'll only ever buy from people who are "known" on the forum and are generally sound, or people I know personally.
  11. Always a shame to lose one of our own, rip mate x
  12. Hard gearing, short wheelbase, steep head angle, high front end, short stem, front disc, rear vee or disc if possible (vees are good 'cos you get shit loads of modulation when set up right but can still hold solid when you need it unlike hs33s which i've always found as too bitey if you wanna have a good hold) that's about it. Oh and have fun!
  13. Can see exactly where you're coming from, however i can't help with the explaining it bit haha.

Have you ever heard of a hill? Interesting stuff! Pretty simple too - nice
  15. That was meant to be 70 :$ Having said that, i think 90mm is about as short as i could afford to go with the bike being as short as it is. Still keen to try one though... High bars eff tee double you!
  16. If it was a 90x25* i'd be all over it! Still got my 90x10* Thomson in the garage completely un-used
  17. You're a naughty, naughty doctor. Black Hope stem too Not sold on black burns just yet, silver ones still look fresh even after 8 years like these haha.
  18. You say that, but i'm gonna spray the +20 mount black, put some inspired pedals on and route the cable through the steerer when i can be arsed/ can afford it Then it'll be perfect! You gotta get a 24" soon!! Failing that we gotta ride.
  19. Yeah, it takes a bit of getting used to - makes it an awful lot more balanced though. I've not had any trouble with leaning too far back when hopping over things like i used to, just seems to level itself out nicely I find manuals easier too as you're keeping the front wheel lower. And threes are just like 180s but you spin faster Ben Rowlands always explains it like you manual into it which works, just preload, twist and keep looking over your shoulder. I need to get mine flatter but they're coming along.. And i'll be all over the video thing when the weather's a bit nicer! Glad you're getting on with it though
  20. I got some pimp as f**k carbon ones on mine, may have fagged around with it so the weave lined up... :$ Just used the biggest ones i could! How's it feeling?
