Just the leftovers from an awful mechanical failure & injury plagued ride! More to come...

Cheers! Yeah I couldn't ride for 3-4 weeks after that, my right arse cheek went completely purple/black & I missed the end of summer

Cheers JD, I always enjoy your feedback, you've been here even longer than me! You're right, I always stick with the short bikes as nothing else works, I tried the tgs thing, I'm not that flexible, I can't tuck, I've never sidehopped over about 42" (that was on a zebdi lol) It's just not for me, but my 24" marino is heaven, it's even MORE me. During this vid I was switching between the two and it wasn't a good idea. Old' scoolfool you're right, I really should buy a lid, in my defense I have very good reflexes...lol.

Thanks again! Yeah I'm currently filming a much bigger better vid than ever, I'm rushing to get everything filmed while the weather's not quite fatal. There's 1 gap I'm absolutely shitting myself over, it's a fall &die type gap but I've wanted to do it for about 5 years. These crashes were filmed on 2 rides in southend, both where my brakes failed me, wheels buckled, brakes wouldn't stay tight and I pretty much just gave up. I got more crashes than footage that day. But I'm riding my 24" full time now & it's much more me. I'm hoping to have the new stuff done in 2-3 weeks, my cameraman's only free saturdays sundays. I stuck the sandy curb up to wall in the end, I've done the rail to rail gap years ago on my gu, but on such a short bike now I think it's just out of my reach, as soon as I kick off my thighs hit the bars. I landed the double stair drop too, before the crash, but it's nothing special so I'll leave it out. I have a few clips from that day I might put together.

Cheers! Yeah it's a real pig to static gap. it's 1015 wb, -10bb, slack head angle. TGS suicide!
  7. Ok cheers findus I'll try it. Yes it was for you kaybs! Do the cranks take a single inner ring on it's own? If so I'll take them & pay now, cheers.
  8. Right I need to reply to a pm from a member, but for some reason I can't copy or paste what I need to from his message, and more annoyingly, no reply box appears so I cannot reply, it's only on this site & replying to him. Been trying since last night. It's a pretty new pc with windows 7 home. Are there some settings that need changing? No other site is affected but this one.
  9. I'd like to successfully breed a shark with a pig, just to see what it looks like. That is all.

Nice, but....I've seen his last vid & he's way better than that. Bit toooooo much filler too.

Jesus, mine IS lighter!! My gigapipe bb & north shore DH cranks more than balance it out though lol.

H/a 70 or 71, can't remember lol, I like it slack... Weight = plenty. Frame is 4.8 lbs but I haven't got the lightest parts on it.

That is the exact same geo as my 24, minus the head angle lol.

    Pc Experts...

Hi, just got my new pc going & there's no bloody sound!! The computer tells me everything is all good, all volumes are up and connections good but nothing comes out. ECS MCP61M-M3 motherboard. AMD athlon II x2 processor. Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Via high definition audio is installed and shows up to be working, but it's not. Does anyone have any idea what to do as I'd rather try and fix it here first before taking it back, cheers.
  15. I recognise him... 3rd rock from the sun!
  16. A trialser on an orange 24" mountain bike frame you say? I'll have to watch out for him....
  17. I had a 118, I'd say a 113 will definitely be too small.
  18. Cheers both of you! I know it's bad, I don't even own a helmet lol
  19. You talkin' 'bout me Joe? lol. It was really good yea, Like Ash said, I hate riding on grass too, but once I was used to it wasn't too bad, I'm still a concrete rider though lol. But I'd think it'd be a pig to ride there in anything but dry conditions, I can't imagine riding damp grass lol, but my brakes don't work in anything but sunshine anyway. Was really impressed though, loads of possibilities & I only left because my arms were destroyed.
