Inside Out really is an amazing movie, critics are spot on.

Thanks for the input fellas, ended up going to Decathlon with the intention of getting a £100 but wasn't impressed with the quality of it. So I ended up getting the £250 one that was a lot more robust and took it out today. Fit me and two other pretty well, little cramped for the middle person but we were on it for a hours comfortably. I was surprised at how easy it actually was to inflate and then fold up into the bag again, enough so that it looks like it hopefully won't be a use a few times and never use again thing but time will tell At the end it had let a little bit of water in which I've now seen in the reviews but I'm not sure if I'll return it because for the amount of time it was on the water and with the weight it was a little bit of water and didn't get anything wet, only noticed when I was deflating it. Still really pleased with it though considering my day dream of it getting punctured and flying off like a balloon. How'd you go about this? The one I bought has a few attachable little fins to put on the bottom but I don't think they helped a massive amount, probably going to look into this a wee bit more

Looking to get an inflatable kayak but figuring out what you need to get for them is a little difficult apparently, so TF is definitely the best place to ask. Anyone on here know what kind of license or insurance is required in the UK for one? Or any other experiences with them to bear in mind?

13 days to go now before the grand finale

Y're'll just being a bunch of language snobs, although hyperbole is the worst thing in the world.

I feel like the idea was incredibly under developed, just kept thinking 'why' the whole way through

I feel like that picture's making it look way better then it actually is.

The thing is, your knee will probably feel fine after it's recovered from the initial shock. The problem's the potential for it to give out again or cause further damage to cartilage and all that. At the moment my ACL is ruptured and good for nothing but feels completely fine, there's three categories I've been told about for people ACL tears - people who get the op, copers (people who manage to make due by adding a tonne of muscle on the knee) and then people who just give up kind of by not doing anything slightly dangerous. So you just about can do without if you're lucky and it can return to feeling normal. But yea, you're in a good position to build muscle when you get the motion back, and that muscle is never going to be a bad thing to have. UK NHS waiting times are about the same, ou just missed the three weeks after the MRI to actually get the results

Up to you Hopefully, there's still a good 3 weeks to go

I'm not competitive in the general sense, but something about mini team building games brings out the worst in me - my priorities are a little skewed.

Little less banter, little more entries A few things are in the mystery prize box and no one wants a winner by default...

Way too slow

The advice that helped me with them was to turn my head the way I wanted to go and exaggerate the upper body movement so (hopefully) the bike will follow you.

Yep, although I found out a few weeks ago that my surgery has failed... It does actually suck a lot, you should definetly spend at least a year off your trials bike after getting the op. As Mark said really genuinely focus on that physiotherapy. The surgery is painful but you should be back to walking after two maybe three weeks although with pain still. After the surgery make sure you can get your leg straightened within those first few weeks. I spent a tonne of time doing physio because I've had shoulder issues as well but found out the ligament has ruptured anyway (that only happens to about 4% I think my surgeon said so don't focus on my example too much. Good luck though, it's tough but definety manageable. The main bit of advice I'll give you is do not rush into any physical movement's after the operation for months.

And it was easy, wish I'd thought of that straight away Thanks people

So, my front wheel fell from a fairly high level, enough for the bearing on one side to fall out. I thought 'no problem' and was in the process of using the hub screws to get it back in there. Problem is, it didn't get it back in there and I ended up tightening the screw on the other side so tight trying to get the bearings in the screw ain't coming out now because when you twist it the spindle's spinning with it. I've tried vicing te other side and wd40 but nothing's getting it out of there. Yes I am stupid. Any ideas?

Well end of the month is within the deadline And no you bloody can't is a box of crap and a t shirt not enough motivation. Wasn't intending on being that sassy.

Just got really happy watching that

Bored at work so looked through my post history and cringed hard. I did like me building stuff in trees topic though, thinking about how I should do this one the weekend make me feel like I haven't actually changed that much.

Some of the riding was pretty crazy by any standards but riding on a plane for the sake of it is a lil' boring. Plus I'm kind of hoping he loses a limb so I can use my 80% Brumotti joke I've been saving for a while. Hope I haven't jinxed him.

Just ride natural more and more I think, nothing else can truly prepare you for it. Maybe some arm exercises, I get arm pump about gazillion times faster riding natural.

You fellas better have been busy making your kerb videos this weekend. Some items added to the mystery box will be revealed gradually over the weeks, like when criminals send a finger - that kind of thing. The first testimonial comes from a friend of mine upon hearing a mystery item, though he will remain nameless for his own protection - "Oh, that sounds alright actually" - Anon

There was long and short versions, I think?

I get the train from Ealing Broadway a fair amount and it's always ridiculously over crowded with First Great Western sending three carriage trains for way too many people. Today it finally happened where people were crowding to be the first to try and get on the train and apparently a woman and a child got pushed onto the tracks as the train was coming and killed. It's always been insane how it's organized there so hopefully they'll finally do something about it.
