Well that depends mate, how good do you want it to look?
Sure you could get a cheapish camcorder or one like in the link but its not going to look that professional. Everything is auto on it, iris, focus, white balance. Its only really ever going to look like a point and shoot video.
It also only has a small CMOS chip in it meaning that lots of your fast movements are going to be blurred.
Where as if you were to get something in the DSLR range its going to look WAY better, having the ability to control focus and exposure and all that stuff. Also you can run 50fps at 720p where as that Kodak is 60fps at 480p.
The downfall is that a DSLR cost a lot more and takes more practice to getting better looking stuff.
