Mine does it too. Quote for Tartybikes - These freewheels may appear to 'rattle' from new - this is down to the bearing system. It would be possible to add an extra bearing in and stop the rattle, however this would then cause the freewheel to lock up!

In need of advice.. Ive bought a bumper from eBay that i want take the bumper strip off and smooth. I've read up that cutting the old bumper strip so it sits flush and then plastic welding it into the recess? Then what, fibre glass over the remaining holes then filler? Literally such a noob when it comes to body work. Any help would be great as i want to get it done ASAP
