Open cone air filter will only make your MPG worse, as it allows the engine to 'breathe' a bit better. The sponge in the filter will have bigger gaps between it than your standard one, therefore possibly allowing more dirt to pass through. If your engine is reading that its taking in more air then its going to have to up the fuel to keep the ratio's correct. Personally wouldn't bother on your everyday 1.2

I find that with a decent grind, a well set up and bled brake and some decent brake pads, there isn't any need for tar. But yeah, it's good to carry about just incase i suppose

Also ask if you can pick it up? See if hes willing or dead set on postage only?

Think you've got the wrong end of the stick dude! Nice bike anyhow. Interesting to see how alot of people are going for comp orientated bikes but with dual rim brake!
