Buy yourself a bonnet light Dan! I use mine all the time for things other than lighting an engine bay. Not sure if you saw the Trials Addict stall at Radfest at night, but that was lit by my bonnet light haha. Just an idea

Put a screw driver or something thin to put through the plug hole and wait for it to reach TDC ( You will see because the screw driver will go up, it will stay still at the highest point even though your turning the engine over then it will start to go back down.

I'd of have said all of the locals will be camping too, as the nightlife is usually awesome The local Tesco Home store sells a 4 man tent for under £100 quid give or take. No chance of borrowing a bike rack? PS- Had a ride at Barrow today and the change around has opened up so many lines!
