  1. Read a very bad review of the nexus saying the actual body of the phone was really flimsy and felt cheap and nasty compared to some of the older google phones and the galaxy. Think I'll definately be going samsung, you made a choice yet Dunstan??
  2. I went into my local O2 store today to have a look ready for next week and I can safely say the Dell Streak is f*****g MASSIVE! Still tempted though as it was so smooth and fast to use, if not that it'll definately be a galaxy. Whats worse though is I can guarantee within a month the newer version will be out and as a tech freak I'll be gutted!
  3. Just going off the info given in the reviews for it.
  4. Bedrock-Heaven Scent, Binary Finary-1998/9, anything on here?

    Films!?

They did do a anime of it first but I've only seen the live action.
  6. Does the frame look like this?
  7. Had this in on the way to work, almost crashed listening to Hacksaw Jim Duggan - USA though. Back in the days of when WWF wrestling used to be quite entertaining!

    Films!?

I'm all set for watching Machete and Unstoppable tonight, tried watching machete the other week but the sound was too low on my netbook so couldn't hear a thing. Did make it to a bit where a naked chick whips a gun out from the most unusual of places though!
  9. An absolute classic, still got my copy in the loft!!
  10. Currently the best is probably the samsung galaxy s or google nexus s, or if you don't mind massive phone the dell streak is pretty good. I'll either be getting the samsung or dell when I upgrade on the 26th!
  11. Mainly the fact that as its an open platform operating system anyone can make apps for them. You can get most of the apps available on iPhone plus loads more, stuff like free turn by turn google sat nav for free. I've had an iPhone for the last 18 months and can't wait to get rid of it, I had it jailbroken for a while but your still so restricted. If you want something to entertain as well as function as a phone I'd go android.
  12. What bike is it? Stem and bar height mainly depend on the bottom bracket height to be honest and the wheelbase though I'd recommend changing to some decent riser bars as they'll feel a lot better than flats. I use Tryall rage bars on my mod and tensile 9d's on my stock (they're both basically the same but the tryalls are just wider) and they feel great!
  13. I find riding my mod is fun for mucking about on but for proper trials its always gotta be 26. Never ridden 24 so can't comment on what the other lads have said!
  14. It's the future matey, takes a lot for a manufacturer to try and start a new standard but hopefully when next years frames come out there'll be a lot more doing the same!
  15. I was considering this as I'd heard good things about windows mobile 7 platform but I was put off at being tied down to another very strict operating system and the lack of video playback formats available (on the HTC HD7 at least) so I'm gonna go for an android phone. Not sure what your thoughts or experiences are with them but have you considered one?
  16. Why aren't you sure about it? Deng has gone for the spanish style BB for a reason, chances are if you went for the Echo you'd never have to buy another BB in the lifetime of the frame, or at least for a good long time. And then there's the quality chain tensioning system on it, definately got lots going for it!!
  17. just kind of started trying to do backhops and stuff on my mountain bike about 12 or so years ago then met a couple of local lads who were into trials, the Martins started popping up in MBUK all the time and Chainspotting came out. Lost interest when I started driving though but that was partly down to riding buddies moving away and stuff.
  18. I'd best get saving then! Will have to have a dig around for some bits to flog as well to raise some cash though my bday is coming up in a month so can probably blag some ££ then to spend. Can't wait for the season to start again and get some comps done!!!
  19. Now I've got my because built up and I've gone front maggie (which by the way is unbelievable) I'm a bit concerned with my forks. I did a trade for some Ashton forks as was getting desperate for some with rim mounts and couldn't afford to buy without selling my urbans, however I didn't expect the brake to be so damn good and I'm now worried about them snapping as they flex like mad when the brake is pulled. Would I be better going for some urbans again or trying to club some more cash together and getting some trialtechs? Or am I worrying about nothing and should stick with what I've got???
  20. Will keep an eye on the site, any idea when there'll be a bit more content on it? And who are the girls, anymore info on them?
  21. Doesn't really get too dirty but occasionally I'll tale it to work and give it a polish over with a cloth an wipe all the dust off the wheels and stuff
  22. I was hoping to come down and tackle the trial anyway so this is just an added bonus, looking forward to it!
  23. Have a look on www.biketrialuk.co.uk, they list almost every trial on throughout the year (once the dates have been confirmed) and give you links and access to the individual clubs and all the info you should need regarding rules. The British Nationals also have a round at Barrow Farm which hopefully I'll get down for this year and you don't require membership for the nationals which is handy!
