  1. Just another zoo with green bits Lol only jokin, looks mint. Who needs a damn grind!!! Clean rim and zoo pads cant go wrong
  2. Probably dug into the freehub body slightly, I had the same problem last time I pulled my cassette off. Have you got a chain whip? Best bet is probably to wrap that around the middle of the cassette block and try to loosen it off. Other than that, not too sure how 2 go about it, bar a big hammer but I wouldnt advise! M@ Edit: Not quick enough clearly :$
  3. Oooo Bristol sunday? Sounds good, still waiting for that illusive 1st ride there! I may be a touch hung over though as its mate's b.day party the night before See how it goes, count me if for now though if nobody has any objections (none of you will know me, even though I met a few of you at DJ ride last summer ) Where abouts is the church, havent been into the centre of bristol in a few years... Will be driving up aswell I imagine so if you can reccomend a place to park up Cheers guys M@
  4. Mate Ive just moved back to near bridgy and Ive met up with a few of the local guys already for a ride, there's quite a few of them! speak to yoyoyo on here, he's out with his bro quite a bit when they're about, and there's a lot of riders down taunton way aswell. We need to all get out for a ride, is a laugh. It dont matter about being shown up or not, just come out and enjoy yourself! Im only just back riding after a year out so am struggling with the basics again :$ Back to topic: I dont enjoy riding alone much, hence why I hardly rode at uni cos was nobody else around to ride, and the last year was too busy with work Lost all motivation for it without others about... Find it better riding with a group cos you can watch others and seems a good way to improve and pick up techniques, and also gives more motivation to try lines and objects that you might not have before. Now everybody in the south west needs to keep pestering me to come out riding so I actually do! M@
  5. ^^ Monkey bars...only way forward! Got 1.5" rise ones on my lesbon, feel soooo nice and they have a good sweep on them too. They are pretty pricey though is the only downside But that shouldnt matter, cos you'll never be sorry if you buy them!
  6. Bloody hell fella that looked painful Feel for you, gotta be the most painful thing gettin a ballslapper like that Hope you're back on the bike again soon (once you can walk!), be good to get out for a ride at some stage soon M@
  7. Ok with a little rummaging around found this page, its drivers for the whole "M5" range of laptops.. Support page Quality helpful website there from Packard Bell Grab yourself both of the audio driver files and install both, do the ALC202 one first, with a reboot then the other. See how you fare with that Hope it works M@ Edit: The link was found from this post, where the guy was havin all kinds of trouble finding the driver downloads too! PB Forums
  8. Shit the bed man, very very good job u had a lid on. I never used 2 until I started workin in a bike shop so got the same helmet ( Xen) They are comfy as hell though, and very good at doing what they do by the looks of that. Gd that Giro do a crash replacement aswell, saves a bit of money Glad ur head isnt in pieces, hope its another lesson to people. Still see far too many films in the Vids section with people doin silly shit with no helmet on, it just aint worth the risk =/ M@
  9. Need 2 know what soundcard/audio chipset on the motherboard first, then can find the correct drivers to install. Depending on the brand of motherboard you can usually get the correct audio drivers off the website. If you dont know what the motherboard is try any of the install cd's that came with the computer.. Bit more info and cud probly help M@
  10. Lol Dave you beat me to askin about this rim, I was mulling over it the other day, tryin to decide what to get as a new back wheel. Have a Sun Mammoth on mine at the moment and its a beast, just a bit old and tired now. Probly end up going for the same again as the King Pin doesnt sound quite so promising now M@
  11. One problem with that, if u saw the pictures of the hole left in the pentagon and the outside....the grass was basically not touched! That and the fact all the firemen coming out of the place wondering where all the debris from the "aircraft" was makes it all a little dubious. One place mentioned that within minutes of the "aircraft" hitting the pentagon a secret service car pulled upto a petrol station in the flight path of the "aircraft" and took the cctv video. Funny how that was the most important thing to get when the sodding pentagon's on fire innit????? Some of it I can understand why all the facts are so dodgy and dont add up, but there are a lot of pointless bits where people have tried to put 2 and 2 together and made 36! You all see where the similarities to V for Vendetta come from.... Edit: Rich u beat me to the thing about the lawn outside the pentagon
  12. Video's like that have been kicking round ever since 9/11, and like has been said most of it is bullshit consiracy theory. There are a few very dubious things in some of them though that make you wonder what the actual truth is.... Kinda like V for Vendetta if anybody's seen the film, the scary thing is thats basically whats happening in the USA right now, not in 10 years time!!! Take it all with a pinch of salt though, people gotta vent somehow and overanalysing stuff like that doesnt help the situation M@
  13. Whats happening in Oxford on saturday...? lol Fancy a ride as didnt make it to the tuesday bristol ride, but should be free saturday if there's something going on M@
  14. Scrubs without a doubt the best and funniest thing to ever grace television!!!!!! Dont worry, it wont be, Zach Braff is contracted for 7 series', so there'll be at least one more after the new one, which should be starting soon M@
  15. Nice lookin bike there mate, kinda old-school but unique at the same time One question without tryin 2 hijack the thread, are both the red and blue pads fine for smooth or ground rims? Have a vee on the front of my leeson and want to get something other than standard pads! Have got Zoo! pads on back on smooth with tar and they work mint, just curious to how well yours would run in comparisson. Mite have to grab some red vee ones in the cnc'd back, cos it looks proper pimp! Cheers M@
  16. I think Rowan's has to win for me, the comedy value of it and the puzzled look on the idiot's face as they try to figure it out.... "sit on my Koxx" ? lol why not eh! You could always go for the having-a-dig-at-riders teeshirt "Generic Chinese Alloy" And for the mod riders... "Don't BMXs have saddles?" Meh ok Im givin up now, Im tired :$ M@
  17. OK so whats the plan for taunton then? Couldnt make it today in the end, didnt know what was going on in terms of time etc anyway... If u can let me know what time you're all meeting then will venture down. I imagine I'll be driving again so if you can reccomend anywhere to ditch the car then would be appreciated. Cheers fella M@
  18. Ur totally right, the motorcross version of a "360" flip is basically a flat spin like u see in inline skating. Its a bit of a joke, but I guess probably the only way u can get a bike that big and bulky to spin properly around horizontally! Been waiting to see the double flip for ages, saw an extended video a year or so ago following travis as he tried 2 perfect it back at home before trying it in competition, its a pretty sick trick and u gotta have some huuuuuuuuge balls to try it, let alone the bucket loads of skill needed to landed that smoothly! Big respect to the guy, he's still showing up guys 10 years older than him out there! I wouldnt expect to see a double flip varial any time soon though... M@
  19. Im definately up for a number of those dates rich, how many people are gonna be heading to all the places? Missed Bristol this week so definately want to go on monday. Are you driving or train-ing up?? Add me to msn if any of you like, wana get out riding more as am back in somerset permanently now and cant be arsed to get a job yet!!! yoyoyo u got the ashton built yet? If so a ride is needed, havent been out on mine since the birmingham ride a few weeks back M@
  20. Thats cos Rise Against are gods among men!!!! Wicked vid though, lots of big stuff and very smooth riding
  21. Love the skyline and the mk1 escort, proper old school and I bet it went like stink! Still a fan of escort cossies 2, there's one creepin into one of the photo's Shame some of those cars look so gash, the pug's and the saxo especially, and altho I love rx7's that one's a lil over the top...lol On a skyline note, was driving back from woolacombe in devon this morning and a skyline went past the other way on single lane road absolutely tankin it! All I heard was the chattering of the turbo as it blew past....I drooled... Got some pics of Weston Wheels from couple of years back somewhere, there were some mental cars there 2! M@
